Title: Great headset!
Review: I can be on a call in my backyard and my home office is upstairs in my house. Great distance! Very clear sound and it blocks out background noise, even the sound of me typing. It is also very lightweight and not too big on my ears.

Title: Great headset IF softphone remote calls aren’t dropping or disconnecting
Review: Love this headset, 2nd 930 pro I’ve owned. 1st one lasted me years. Replaced it with this one. At first it worked well BUT now all my phone calls DROP, won’t stay connected to my softphone I use for remote work now. My internet speeds are fast. Both the headset and PC are up to date. Seems like it’s a design flaw with the headset at this point. Super frustrating as I’m beyond time to receive a refund for my 150.00 I spent on this. IF I can just figure out the calls dropping/ disconnecting I’d give it 5/5 stars!

Title: Ouch! My Ears are bleeding
Review: The people who gave this 5 stars must be deaf. I was very excited for this purchase. I was planning to use at work for phone calls and to listen to music. I tried them out by playing some music and to my surprise, they sounded like a metal trash can scraping on pavement. I was incredibly disappointed; you are better off getting a $5 pair of headphones at CVS. I honestly think I may have received a broken headset, it sounded that terrible. So I thought, maybe they are only meant for phones calls? Nope, that sounded like garbage too. DO NOT buy these unless you are planning to give them to your deaf cousin or maybe a dead relative.

Title: Not for work from home people with pets
Review: Unfortunately I was hoping for better noise cancelling features. My dog barks but she is downstairs beyond a closed door and my customers on the phone are asking me if I can get away from the barking dog… so obviously not as good as advertised as far as noise reduction. I changed the settings to enhance the call clarity and reduce extra noise. Didn’t help. So all in all 170 dollar headset has an awesome battery life and great sound quality but underwhelming sound isolation.
