Title: Stopped working the 2nd week
Review: Wife found the product to be very helpful for her dry eye condition, unfortunately it began working intermittently then not at all by the 2nd week. Reached out to the seller with no response.Unit would not turn on as far as producing moist vapor but the heat side would turn on. Very frustrating, I ordered a 2nd one only because I thought the first one may have had a random defect and because it helped my wife and she was leaving on a short trip to visit a sick relative.Very disappointed on the zero response from seller and if not for my wife I would not have ordered a 2nd one. Great item…when it works. Would not have written the poor review if the seller had responded and will be returning the first one I ordered. Hopefully the new one will not have the same issue. The positive reviews is why I went with this product initially but now I wonder how accurate the reviews were.Update, 2nd machine worked great…for now. so I changed the rating from a 2 to a 5. Wife is happy and as you may know, “Happy wife, happy life” , also, nothing rhymes with husband. 🙂 Anyhow, 2nd machine is working fine so I have to give seller benefit of the doubt. Hopefully the first malfunctioning machine was an isolated incident.Still have not heard from seller and had to purchase 2 machines to get 1 that works as advertised.

Title: Game changer for dry eye!
Review: Wow, wow, wow! This product is amazing, I have severe dry eye (perimenopause related), this product is fantastic! Easy to use and within a couple of minutes my eyes were immediately soothed and not a trace of redness! Bravo!!!!! I used the cool setting and warm setting and they work amazing! I combined mine with water and eye drops. I’m so happy to finally have relief!!

Title: Love this clever little invention!
Review: Tried another brand first that worked once and then went dead. Contacted the company but they were completely unhelpful and it took a concerted effort to finally get a refund. Tried again with this one -and it works like a charm! I use it every night and it completely takes away the dryness and discomfort. I’m delighted, every time I turn it on. You can use distilled water with it or eyewash. The heat has 3 different settings and it recharges easily. Love it!

Title: Fantastic For Dry, Irritated Eyes
Review: Just got this nifty little device, charged for a couple hours, filled with distilled water and tried it out. It really does work very well. It’s the size of an airpod case and has several modes of operation. I usually use artificial tear eyedrops several times a day, and have sensitive eyes that get easily irritated, red and itchy from sitting at the computer, looking at my phone, and allergies. This handy device is very soothing and the effect lasts for awhile. I loved it so much, I immediately ordered two as gifts for family members!

Review: Unfortunately stopped working after two weeks. I had another brand before that lasted four months so I was hoping for something that finally lasted. I will try yet another brand although I did like the size of this one.

Review: This product has been great for moisturizing my eyes when I wake up during the night and early morning. Review: I charged it for the recommended 100 minutes, it didn’t even work long enough to disperse the entire tank of water and then was flashing that it needed to be charged again? When it did disperse any water, I used distilled, it was very poor output. Not what I was expecting at all. If you think you’re getting a handheld eye humidifier, this is not it.
