Title: Great replacement!
Review: Our puppy decided remote controls were tasty. Our sound bar remote took the brunt of it and has not functioned well since. This is a solid replacement remote for our Polk sound bar. It synced to our equipment easily and works as well as the original remote!

Review: Original remote buttons don’t have a click to their buttons. I prefer to have that feel to know button was pressed. Original never felt right. Eventually the power button stopped working. So far I like this one better.

Title: 1-Star – Total Waste of Money!
Review: I regret buying this remote. Straight out of the box, it had a weird rattling sound, which was already a bad sign. It worked for three days before completely failing. By then, we had already thrown away the packaging, so returning it wasn’t even an option.The microphone never worked, and the Bluetooth was completely unresponsive. We had to point it directly at the TV for it to do anything, which defeats the whole purpose of a Bluetooth remote.The final straw? My grandmother says it started locking up and constantly scrolling down on its own, even when no one was touching it. Now it’s completely useless.DO NOT BUY THIS. I feel like I got scammed. Wish I had read more reviews before purchasing!

Title: Seems to be working
Review: One of my dogs chewed up the original remote for our Samsung Frame TV. I ordered this one as a replacement because I really like that it can be recharged instead needing to have batteries on hand for it. The remote seems to be working fine. It didn’t need to be paired. It definitely feels a bit cheaper than the original. It’s very light whereas the original remote had a bit of weight making it feel sturdier. So far it has been working perfectly though.

Review: The remote worked right out of the box with the tv but the problem I noticed is like most after market remotes it has to be point right at the sensor or it won’t work and even then it has a delay with the tv you have to press the button a few times for it to actually click on the tv. It feels cheap unfortunately but again it’s aftermarket. It’s not bad for the price it’s better than a universal remote that doesn’t work. It was easy to use and didn’t need set up which was a plus. Overall it was alright for what you get but I wish I spent the little more money and got the original from Samsung.

Review: I bought this to replace my polk s2 remote which never worked great when it was new(they really need better remotes they are crap which is a shame because the sound bar is fantastic)and stopped working recently. Had to wait nearly a month for it too arrive, and it was in good shape well wrapped etc however as soon as I picked it up I was worried as I was even lighter than the original, which I didn’t think was possible.My worry was confirmed when I tried to pair it, absolutely nothing. I tried everything, my wife tried, my son tried nothing.I get the impression that the remote is just an empty plastic box so I think a hammer is in order to open it and see. I fell pretty disappointed with this purchase and will not be buying anything for a US amazon marketplace ever again. Lesson learned:(
