Review: Since it was discovered that I have type II diabetes, I’m constantly on the lookout for foods that will fit the low-carb diet I now must adhere to. I can indulge in one of these little bars once a day. And do I enjoy these treats? Immensely! Fabulous dark chocolate and tasty coconut. It’s awesome that bits of coconut stick in the teeth to be savored as they slowly free up in the mouth for a burst of flavor some time after the bar is consumed.
