Review: This one’s definitely worth a look. It also has Bluetooth and an app. The app is pretty dependable although occasionally you’ll have to reboot the app on your phone. You can shut the light off and turn it back on several minutes later. it also allows you to plug it into a separate power supply while in use. That’s a big deal. Most have to charge and then you use it. This lets you do both.

Review: Got this as my first light and so far it’s been awesome. It’s super bright and the built in battery is so nice to have to easily use anywhere. The battery life is great so far and it’s a good rugged build that will definitely last. A great value for your money as a first light or a light to have with you at all times.

Title: Concept better than execution.
Review: The flashlight concept for video lights is an interesting ‘new’ addition to the COB (Chip on Board) ecosystem. I expect to see more units like this one, but there are bound to be revisions and improvements, which I believe are needed here. First issue is that once in place (typically out of reach), the app to reconnect is buggy, even when I’m within a few feet of the light. Remote operation is crucial to me, so I would have actually preferred a credit-card sized remote that gave me off/on, dimming and color temp capabilities.This unit is hefty, both in a good and bad sense. The non-removable battery is beefy, but can make for awkward mounting, even given the long accessory handle. I have no swivel capability, so you’re dealing with tilt-only adjustments on the actual handle, unlike ball-head or ‘lollipop’ type attachments.Color quality is okay, but not great, with a bit of green tint on my unit that isn’t flattering on faces. Finally, I was promised a focusable attachment by GVM, and one never materialized, so I’m stuck with their fixed width micro Bowens mount.I have some other 60w units that have brighter output, so it would be nice to get a mini-spot/fresnel attachment to be able to compete with those. Another issue with any built-in battery is longevity, after enough battery cycles, you’ll get decreased run times, and I’m not currently aware of any GVM policy regarding battery swaps/refurbishments. I recommend running on external power when available, and saving the built-in light for when needed. Don’t overcharge, or allow power to go below 20% to preserve the life of the battery in any case.Finally, the dimming isn’t linear…1% is about the same as 10%, so I can’t seem to put it into a very low ‘candlelight’ mode. Normally, not a big deal, but if I turn it off completely and then try to use the app to activate it, 8 times out of 10 it doesn’t connect or communicate.

Title: Great light, bad adapter compatibilities no bowens mount adapter.
Review: I am satisfied with the light, and its light tonality.But the softboxes, and compatible accessories are bad and not easy to find.They show many accessories, but cannot be found in the store.
