Title: Great Mount – A Little Fussy To Adjust
Review: This mount is well-made and attaches easily to the mirror. The multiple adjustment pivots are useful but can be tricky to set up initially. The upper ball/socket has a double set screw—one with a handle and one requiring a hex wrench (included). Tightening both makes it rock solid but limits future adjustments unless you keep the wrench handy, which can be easy to misplace in a vehicle. Tightening just the handle works but requires significant force. I noticed a weight distribution issue when the support is vertical, causing the mirror to sag. The solution was to loosen the set screws, let the phone balance naturally, then re-tighten and adjust the pivots. Now it’s stable.

Review: My dash, vents and console are not friendly for most styles of phone mount. Looking down to see a phone or holding one (even just for navigation) is dangerous, I also did not want a suction cup on my windshield. By mounting to the rearview mirror stem, this mount solved my problem. With no phone, it’s barely noticeable to me…so I just leave in place. If tightened to near it’s limit it is stiff enough to hold the phone once mounted without moving around. However, It is often not stiff enough to mount the phone without two hands. it’s also not the right mount for one-handed texting, but if that’s your purpose, please stay off the road!

Title: Super, duper!
Review: Finally a phone holder that is long lasting, made of excellent materials, really strong. I did learn though that I did not need the extra large one to hold my iPhone 14 Plus. A large on would have been fine. Just know it is a keeper! I need to buy another as I have never had such a good one!

Review: Check your rear view mirror before buying, it’s fits in my van but not on my suv mirror. It doesn’t hold heavy phones in place either. It is easy to use, adjustable, good price, but not very sturdy.
