Title: Even the cash grab book is good.
Review: Threshold is an excellent addition to the Cradle series. It’s a short story collection serving as an extended epilogue for the main cast and a bunch of fan favorite characters. And a stealth pilot for a follow on series? (Hint! Hint! Shameless Hint!!!)

Title: If I return this edition it’s definitely justified
Review: It’s finally happened! The dreaded paperback size change despite this entire series being through Hidden Gnome. Frankly it’s visually offensive and knowing the author is a big book nerd like the rest of us I can’t believe he would allow this to happen….

Title: Fun, nostalgic, but leaves me wanting more.
Review: Definitely enjoyed these, they were fun, amusing, and also a nice picture into life after the crew ascended. Well worth a read for those of us missing our Cradle fix. The only real downside here is that now I want more, let’s get that follow up series of Abidjan adventures. Let’s see how the Reaper division handles the challenges that the Judges and the other Abidjan are so worried about!

Review: Excellent set of short stories in the world of Cradle that gives you a glimpse into their future. The stories are well written and I enjoyed learning about what happened to our heroes after the conclusion of Cradle.Highly recommended to all fans of Cradle, but don’t buy/read it till you finish Cradle.
