Title: Great power and very effective!
Review: I was looking for a better quality nose/ear trimmer as all of them I’ve had or see are very low cheap quality. After watching a skit on Conan’s podcast where his assistant (obsessed with quality) went on a rant about Panasonic ear trimmers from the 80’s (obviously embellished but rang a scent of truth), I decided to go with the brand.Just like Jordan in the skit mentions, they do not of course make the same quality as the 80’s. No longer made in Japan and not as high quality as we are now in a throw-away/replace society. However, these do shine brighter then the cheap ones. Much more powerful and easy to use! I expect these to last a LOT longer then the cheapy throw away ones from Conair/Wahl brands.PROS:+Power!+No tugging/easy to use+One simple battery (alkaline)+Waterproof (not really testing it that much however)+Small and compact/easy to gripCONS:-Tip is a little big so not super effective for the ear-No different tip to use (for a different type of trim)-Some might not like the shape

Title: Best performance, least expensive, smallest… just buy this one
Review: I’ve had three of these small Panasonic trimmers over the last 20 years. They would eventually stop working and I’d have to replace one. This year when my third one broke, I decided to pay more for the Panasonic ER-GN30, thinking it would be a higher quality trimmer. It wasn’t. It now barely runs (have to smack it several times to get it started). It’s junk. And, it does not do a good job of trimming. The blade guard is designed to be ‘too protective’, so it holds the blades back too far… in other words, it’s ineffective as a trimmer.So here I am today, on the Amazon page for the little ER115 trimmer, buying another one. I never should have strayed. Yes, the ER115 eventually breaks (for me, after many years use) and I have to replace it. So what, I’ve learned. It’s the least expensive, it cuts ALL the hairs (get’s much closer) but still has never cut skin, it’s tiny and lightweight making it perfect for travel. Just buy this ER115. Apparently all the other trimmers (according to reviews) also just break anyway. Go for the little cheap one that trims closer and just plan on buying a replacement every 4-7 years

Title: Effective but…
Review: This is definitely one of the most effective ear/nose clippers I’ve used. Others make it very difficult to actually get the hairs into the small clipper opening. The downside is that it can RIP those hairs out quite aggressively. Yes, it will sting and even got a blood spot where it took it out on my ear. If you lean towards functionality and not comfort, this will get the job done. 5 on functionality and 2 on comfort.

Title: The GOAT of Nose Hair Trimmers!!!!
Review: I’ve always had nose hair tickle and it about drove me nuts. In my 20s I bought some small nose hair scissors which helped but were a hassle. But then I was given a small battery operated Panasonic nose hair trimmer in my 30s and loved it. Used it for about 20 years until it finally dulled too much. So then I started using another rechargeable one my wife gave me as part of a grooming set and it wasn’t very good, always leaving hairs and pulling now and then. Tried another one similar and it was the same. After a short while I bought a manual one that looked impressive but it was a hassle too being manual having to use 2 hands and still left long hairs and pulled hairs often.After all that and now in my 60s it occurred to me to check Amazon to see if Panasonic still made one like the one I had that I loved so much and sure enough, they did, this one. Bought it in a heartbeat. It arrived today and I used it immediately. Ahhh! I love it! It’s updated to be waterproof too now so it’s even rinse-able without having to take it apart. Ahhh! No more annoying nose hair tickles now. Looking at it I realized it’s the design of the blade than makes the difference. Now I’m looking forward to years of the irritating little annoyance finally gone again. The manual says the blade will last 4 to 5 years but my experience tells me it will last longer. Since it’s cheap I’ll just by another one if it doesn’t outlast ME.This is the best one out there. It’s smaller than the rest too and a simple AA battery lasts for a long time. Buy it and get rid of your irritating little annoyance too, like me. I can’t praise it enough. It’s truly the greatest of all time! Buy no other!

Title: Stops Working after few months
Review: This is the second one that stopped working after a few months. Very disappointed. Will switch to a different brand.UPDATE 8/16/23I read a very good review that mentioned cleaning the battery contact inside the cap – and how it’s a very tiny area that makes all the difference. So even though it looked good to my eyes, I cleaned and scraped the center of the contact, plus, I pulled it out a little. I was a little careful not to damage or break anything but didn’t have much to lose since I was ready to throw the whole unit out anyway.RESULT: It works great again. Thanks to the reviewer for the excellent tip. Still, Panasonic should produce a better quality product – we shouldn’t have to deal with this – not every few months.

Review: This item is banger small and effective uses 1 AA BATTERY. I don’t like how you have to search specifically for it cause I feel this should be one of the recommendation when you search nose hair trimmer. It looks amazing and portable and have been extremely effective
