Review: I love this hat. I wore it kayaking on a windy day. It has a nice wide brim and a pull elastic cord to tighten it around the brim. So comfortable and lightweight. My favorite outdoors hat yet.

Title: Best for people without giant heads
Review: I bought this exact hat elsewhere last year among a few others to try out. It worked out the very best so I bought several more in black, gray, and olive when the price was right. I like variety, plus it’s hard not to get sweaty since I work outdoors. I also wanted a fresh hat to grab in between washings of used ones.Some of the other hats I’ve purchased seem to be a better fit for a man’s head and always have to overly cinch the strap to keep it on my head during just a moderate breeze. This one works great for a normal woman-sized head plus there is an adjustable elastic band around the inside above the brim to make a further tighter adjustment if needed. Definitely holds up to wind better without choking my chin out.The ponytail opening in the back is a nice option for people with longer and more luxurious hair. I don’t really use it because my hair doesn’t meet that criteria, but the extra ventilation is nice. I honestly believe the general style of this brimmed hat can also work for men/boys. I don’t utilize the side snapsI wash these hats pretty regularly, but make sure to air dry them for extra longevity. They’ve been holding up quite well.My head doesn’t supremely overheat wearing it (I mean, when the weather is Africa Hot, you’re going to be overheated no matter what). Catching a breeze through the mesh on top is super nice though.I have occasion to wear a mosquito head net and this hat manages to do an okay job of not entirely collapsing on my face when I do. The very top head bucket generally maintains it’s structure if you don’t pull it down too much.I feel like I look good in this hat and have, in fact, gotten compliments when I do. Especially when I ‘put on my face’ and throw on some ridic super shiny/dangly/hoopy earrings.This is definitely a hat I will re-buy if I wear out or lose the extras I have.

Review: I like how this hat feels on my head. It’s lightweight, but it’s also comfortable. Provides good protection from the sun and I also like the color of the hat. You can adjust the drawstring to make it tighter or looser. Performs extremely well when hiking, walking, etc.

Title: Great hat, great value.
Review: This is a great, lightweight, hat that provides great protection from the sun. We work in the garden, and keep a few around – so extended family can wear them when helping out. Love the colors, the ponytail hole, and that they are breathable. The only concern is that some came sized differently. It fine for our purposes, but some fit me better than others.

Title: Good for sun protection
Review: I just received the hat in the mail, tried it on and I think it will work. I need a hat that will be cool, comfortable, lightweight, and water resistant with a flexible brim that will stay down in the wind. My intended use is paddling or hiking. I think it will work. The brim has a little bit of stiffness compared to my old OR hats which flop straight in the wind rendering them nearly useless. These NPJY shed water, have an adjustable head strap, a chin strap, and a mesh head liner for additional comfort. There are added side snaps to get a different look. The color is very nice.

Title: Great summer hat
Review: I wear this hat so much I bought another in a different color. I always have a pony tail and love that it slips right through the hole in the back. Fits great and if it’s windy I use the chin strap. Only negative is the hat was creased but that doesn’t matter much to me since I’m just wearing it in my yard.
