I use these in my morning routine and have a little break after lunch with them on my eyes and then I use them for my routine before bed. I use them to unwind and relax my eyes again. But I love that they combat wrinkles. they fight age and dark spots , they’re so good for your eyes and your skin they help heal if you have any injuries or infections they’re so versatile and the price is amazing. Title: Update!! It popped!!! After 10 seconds. Did heat it over 30 times.
Review: I bought these to freeze for my eyes, little did I know I’d get my first stye. I was told to put heat packs on my eye. I tried the messy way. Then I got these out of the freezer, thawed them with water, dried then heated the 10 seconds. Then I’d massage them around and put the back side on my cold glass top stove and keep massaging around for about a minute then place on my eye. I figured they’d pop after a few times but I’ve heat the same one over 30 times in a week and it’s still like brand new. This is a must have!!!Sad it popped! I still believe this is a good brand. I’ll ask for for another set to be sent.
