Title: Perfect Replacement
Review: I bought this remote so we would have 2 remotes to the TV. It works perfectly and the only difference (besides the voice control not working as noted in the item description) is that one looks newer than the other, because it is. Very satisfied.

Title: Really poor quality if you use the roller ball much.
Review: This was a replacement remote for another replacement that was a replacement for the original remote that broke. Roller ball breaks far too easily and you need it to select many things. Our original remote held up for 2 years, then the roller ball locked up and we couldn’t use that, which we use a lot. Replacement came with roller ball that wouldn’t roll. Returned it and reordered. Third remote? Just as lousy as the others. Middle roller ball button barely works. Set way too deep and after about a month, it just barely works….sometimes. One of the most used parts of our controller, but LG remotes seem to just be lousy quality. Very disappointed. We kept it, but can see it will not last much longer. Roller ball appears to be sinking down, and it getting harder to use. I do NOT recommend these controllers.

Review: We had our previous remote control for several years and the middle scroll button no longer worked. I ordered this replacement and it came in quickly and connected to TV immediately with no trouble. We have used it for about 3 weeks and so far no issues.

Title: Good value
Review: The product was easy to set up. It was really seamless. The price was really good but I’ve noticed that the buttons are a little stickier than the original was. The kids have complained about it but it’s better than having to walk to the television to turn a dial. I think it works very well for the price and is a good value regardless.
