Title: Full of recipe ideas
Review: Not a how to, and not a set of comprehensive recipes. This book is meant to provide you with ideas and a STARTING point recipe if you want to try making wine from this or that fruit or veg. I have owned a copy or two of this book for the last nearly 30 years, and it doesn’t lead you wrong. But remember, if you want to make fabulous wine, you need to stretch your wings beyond these very simple recipes.

Review: These are simple, but well described recipes that allow a beginner or experienced winemaker to make delicious wines from a very wide range of fruits and vegetables–even onions! We love the Orange wine recipe. The best part is these recipes do not rely on canned concentrates. You can use the fruits of the season to make them–peaches, dragon fruit, apricots, grapes, etc. A great way to preserve your home grown fruits when you have more than you can eat.
