Title: Good phone for the price but isn’t compatible with spectrum mobile
Review: The phone overall is great but will not work with spectrum mobile. We decided to keep the phone anyway and use it as a wifi phone but a little disappointed I couldn’t add it on my mobile plan which is no fault of the seller.

Title: Please donot buy – Battery Life is Horrible !!!!
Review: I urge you dearly, donot purchase this phone or even from the dealer.I brought this item on the 15th of April .I began using the product on the 21st .From this day , evidently, the battery life is HORRIBLE ! The battery do not last for a full day. FYI, I am not a heavy phone user.We have a less expensive phone that my husband uses and it lasts at least 2 days before the need to charge.This phone battery last maybe up to 4 to 6 hours.The phone is great other than the headache of charging the phone constantly.Donot buy this phone.

Title: So far so good 👍 Affordable and Convenient
Review: I just received this phone yesterday and moved my T-Mobil SIM card with no issues whatsoever. It did not come with the original Box. It did come with 2 chargers 1 wireless and one USB C. So it charges both ways. After doing my research, on YouTube, I decided to switch to Samsung after having Motorola. So far everything seems to be working perfectly! So much better than my old phone!! I haven’t used all the features yet. I will give an update if there’s any problems with any of the features. Purchasing a phone on Amazon is a way better deal! Purchasing a phone with T-Mobile I wouldn’t have been able to purchase the extended warranty or be able to return the phone without being charged a restocking fee. And of course, most importantly, the price is way better than purchasing it through T-Mobil. Even with adding on the 2 year protection plan. I think I will be purchasing all my phones in the future from Amazon. It’s affordable and convenient!

Title: Verizon rep said device couldn’t be activated because it was locked
Review: I couldn’t activate the device on the Verizon network with a current or new SIM card. One of their reps told me over the phone the device couldn’t be activated because it was locked and I needed to contact the seller to find out how to unlock it. I contacted the seller to find out how to unlock it but never heard back from them. Shortly afterwards I inadvertently broke it in a collision with a frig door. I didn’t purchase a warranty so I couldn’t return it for a refund or exchange.

Title: Phone works but charger doesn’t! them the phone stops working.
Review: I really like this phone but it can with a wireless charger that doesn’t work. It was nice to get the charger but if it does not work the whole order leaves a bad taste in my mouth.UPDATE: the phone stopped working 1 month later. I was able to return it for a 10% restocking fee.

Title: Mother loves it.
Review: Bought this phone for my mother to replace her old Galaxy and it works perfectly. No glitches and aesthetically beautiful. I’d recommend this phone to anyone looking for a solid high end phone. The Galaxy series is superior than most phones and will get my support over the rest of Android phone manufacturers.
