Title: Way more comfortable than I was expecting!
Review: So some of the reddit communities I’m involved with have been going crazy over light therapy masks. There’s so many brands out there and they range from like $50 on temu up to like $500 for some of the better known brands. That seemed silly to me to spend $500 for a product that I wasn’t even sure was going to work but I also didn’t trust the cheapest. So I did some research and put the Cloud-SS on my wishlist. Needless to say, my wonderful husband bought it for me for Christmas. I read through all the instructions and all their scientific data (looks pretty official and thorough) that backs up their claims of using the appropriate wavelengths. Ultimately, I decided to follow the guidance to use the red/nir and blue lights on alternating days because I struggle with hormonal acne and some old acne scars. I’ve religiously used this product every single night and not only does my face look 1000x better acne-wise, but the dark circles around my eyes have lightened! BONUS! I’ve never dealt with my face getting hot from the lights either which I’ve read some of the cheaper brands do. I read that heat can increase melasma so I want to reasure everyone that did not happen with this mask. Also, this it is so comfortable to wear! I know it doesn’t look like it, but the eye cushions and straps that many others don’t have make this the mask to buy! Plus, I’m not tied down by cords! Usually I just sit in bed for the 10 minutes but it sure is nice to be able to get up if I need to without getting tangled or being limited to a certain distance from an outlet. I get about a weeks use of charge by using it every day for 10 minutes too.One last thing I want to mention is that I registered the product as soon as I took it out of the beautiful packaging it was sent in. By registering it, the customer service gives you 2 free years of warranty instead of just the 1! Customer service was super friendly both times I’ve contacted them; once to register the mask and once to ask how to clean it. Water-based baby wipes work great! There really aren’t any cons about this mask or dealing with the company! I would recommend this buying this mask! There’s nothing to lose! 10/10!

Title: It broke down quickly and doesn’t hold a charge.😔😢
Review: I bought this mask on Amazon a month ago and have used it no more than 10 times because I was constantly traveling and didn’t take it with me. However, it has already broken down and doesn’t hold a charge, lasting only one minute, which makes it impossible to use. Don’t buy it—it’s terrible, and I’m very disappointed. I don’t know how to contact the seller to report this issue. I always stored the mask carefully in its box, and there are no damages. I’m really upset that it stopped working so quickly.Update: The team reached out to me and sent me a completely new mask of their best model for free. They resolved the issue quickly. Title: Superior than other LED masks
Review: I recently got a laser treatment on my face, and I asked my nurse about home LED therapy. She said it’s the same as one of the treatments they do in the office (although those are a bit higher intensity). She said that using this consistently would produce the same results over time.I watched a ton of videos by dermatologists and read a whole bunch of reviews before I bought this mask. And while I did not see any of the dermatologists reviewing this particular mask, when I looked up the ones they did recommend, most of them had criticisms about the quality, saying that they broke quickly, or that the masks were uncomfortable.I had tried my friend’s LED mask before I bought this and it was so uncomfortable. It squished my nose and the pressure of the mask hurt my eyes. I bought this mask because the reviews said it was so comfortable that it didn’t seem that people were having problems with the quality. I’m so glad I did. It is super comfortable and also has a top strap so it doesn’t put so much weight on your face, part of the weight can on the top of your head. It’s really easy to wear while you watch TV or read or something, because unlike some of the others, there’s no cord to get in your way. And let’s face it, if it’s unpleasant to use, you will not use it consistently.It came boxed like a gift. Really high-quality packaging.I registered my product with the company, and the customer service people were so kind, which is something that really impresses me. I’m surprised that the price of this item is so low compared to others that are supposed to be high end. Review: Ich habe die Led-Gesichtsmaske zur Lichttherapie von GYH zum testen erhalten.Inhalt sind:1x LED Maske1x Fernbedienung inkl. CR20321x Samt Aufbewahrungs-/Reisetascheein Einführungsheft sowie eine Bedienungsanleitung (beide mehrsprachig auch DE)DatenDie Maske besteht zum größten Teil aus ABS Kunststoff.Im Inneren besitzt sie einen flexibel einstellbaren Kinnstütze (lässt sich hoch und runter schieben)sowie einen Silikon-Einsatz für Augen und Nase.Deshalb und auch aufgrund des Gewichtes von ca 320 Gramm lässt sich diese gut tragen(eine ggf. erforderliche Brille kann hiermit jedoch nicht getragen werden) und stört auch nicht wesentlich beim atmen.Die Kopfschlaufe besteht aus einem elastischen Stoff und lässt sich in der Größe einstellen.An der rechten Seite gibt es einen Micro USB Port zum aufladen bei 5V und 1A Also 5 Watt,der über das beiliegende USB A zu Micro USB Kabel (ca 76 cm lang) geladen werden kann (volle Aufladung dauert ca 3 Stunden).Sollte der Akku (3,7V/1000mAh) der Maske leer sein, zeigt die Einschalttaste die farbe rot an (sonst grün).Einen Netzstecker gibt es aber leider auch hier nicht und so muss ein USB Port, eine Powerbank oder ein Handyadapter zum laden herhalten.Hier hätte mir persönlich ein USB C Port inkl. Review: I’ve seen these and thought they look a bit of a gimmick. I’ve tried other hand held LED devices before but didn’t see any results so I was sceptical.I fully read the instructions before starting and re read. I also read various articles and documents from the national library of medicine to see if there was proof that this actually worked or if there were any dangers in using it. Yes, light therapy can yield good results and the only danger noted so far is to the eyes. It’s important to protect your eyes.After washing my face and wiping the inside of the mask over I placed this on my face. I realised I could see light from around the rubber eye protectors no matter how much I tightened the mask with the adjustable straps I could still see light. The first few times I used it I selected the red LED and infrared mode and left on for 10 minutes with my eyes squeezed tight. The hardest bit was squeezing my eyes tight for this long coupled with hearing my phone ping and not being able to look at it! The built in timer shuts the device off after 10 minutes. From what I’ve read 20 minutes daily is a good amount of time to see results. The first week I stuck to 10 minute sessions. The second week I ramped it up to 20 minutes. Just repeating and going again on the 10 minute cycle. I really did notice a difference. My skin looked plumper and more hydrated. Even after a few sessions in the first week I was surprised to see a difference. I stopped using for the third week as I went for a hyaluronic acid treatment. I really think this mask was giving me better results than the hyaluronic acid injections. I’ve started using this mask again and I really do notice a difference after just a few sessions so I can see that using long term is going to give great results. I would never have believed this without trying.My one tip would be to purchase some winkease or similar sunbed style eye protectors so you can relax knowing your eyes are safe whilst wearing the mask.Although I suffer from hormonal spots, I have refrained from using the blue light for fear of skin pigment changes like melasma. I have a lot freckles and know my skin is sensitive.This LED face mask comes at a price but I’d say it is value for money with the results I’ve seen as it is so much cheaper than going for beauty treatments elsewhere. This is the only LED light therapy device that has made a difference for me.
