Title: Great value, but a few tweaks were needed.
Review: **I received this item for “free” (I’m responsible for paying taxes on the retail value) as part of the Amazon Vine program, but my only goal here is to provide an honest and unbiased review to help you in your purchasing decision. I have no incentive to do otherwise: I rarely use wireless earbuds for phone conversations, so my review really covers the sound quality for listening to music. And if they sound good for music, I feel like they’ll be fine listening to audio books/podcasts.I waited awhile to review these, because right out of the box, I thought they had potential. Pairing was easy, and because of the hooks and “in ear” style, these buds are not going anywhere. And they were comfortable. However, the audio quality, when listening to music, was not quite what I was expecting. The bass was missing, even though these have 14.2mm drivers, which are plenty big enough to produce strong bass. Having had many earbuds of this style over the years, I knew that unless there is a good ear seal, you’re not going to be able to accurately judge its sound quality. So I ordered some replacement tips, knowing that I needed a larger set of tips than these Q68’s had come with. The tips arrived, and BOOM. Massive difference. For the price, ($20 at the time of this review), these sound fantastic. The volume is there if you want it to be. These have presence, with both punchy and somewhat boomy bass. Mids and highs aren’t the clearest, but they’re absolutely acceptable at this price point. Overall, very pleased with the sound quality for listening to all kinds of music. That being said, they do sound better on my Galaxy S24 FE than on my iPhone 13 because I have an EQ on my Galaxy, so I can tweak the sound. Can’t do that on my iPhone…although I’ll look into a possible EQ app to see if that can be done.Gripes: I already mentioned needing to order larger earbuds, but I also need to mention that the one phone call I received with these didn’t go well. I received a call from my daughter while hiking with these, and I figured I’d test it out just for the heck of it. I didn’t tell my daughter what I was using for the conversation, but she pretty quickly told me that I sounded extremely muffled, and couldn’t understand me. I was outside, and it was windy, so that might have caused some issues, but I just wanted to put that out there. Conclusion: At $20, these are a fantastic value. Great for an extra pair of buds, or for those on a tight budget, or to be used as gym buds.

Title: Pretty darn good
Review: as a self-proclaimed audiophile, I honestly didn’t know how I was going to feel about these but for casual listening I think these are fantastic. The sound is VERY warm and that is my overall listening preference so it doesn’t give me any harshness or fatigue from high treble. HOWEVER with the warmth, I do think the bass is very amplified so if you hate bass you likely wouldn’t like these. These ear buds fit for me right out of the box and were super simple to set up. If you’re a casual listener then I think you’d like these!

Title: Too many problems
Review: PROS: IF the tips fit and buds stay sealed with ears, you get good sound (crisp highs, tight bass). I usually wear medium tips, but needed large tips on these. The speakers sound thin like really bad buds if you do not get a good seal.CONS: The microphones are bad, voice comes across muffled and hard to understand. Touch controls for single clicks (pause, skip, answer) are OK, but multi-clicks (volume, end call, assistant, game mode) are impossible. Multi-clicks usually are interpreted as multiple single clicks (ie, 3 taps become play – pause – play). The ear loops do not work well with glasses. The case is huge at 4″ wide x 2.5″ deep x 1.25″ thick.

Title: Hybrid style earbuds: over- and in- the ears work really well
Review: I like in-the-earbuds for the sound, but they tend to hurt, because my small ear shape doesn’t hold them well, so I have to put on the tiny silicone pad and push the buds way into my ears, which ends up hurting. These hybrid, over-the-ear buds solve that issue. They hold the little insie earbuds in place with the outer earbud C clips. So the insie buds don’t go too far in, but far enough in so that I can hear decent sound, better than the over-the-ear types. And they don’t fall out of my ears.Speaking of sound quality, it’s very good. I’m not going to say fabulous or magnificent, but it’s respectable, and for the current price of $9.99 (50% off discount coupon) these earbuds exceed my expectations.

Title: Good headphones.
Review: I am glad I ordered these headphones to replace my old ones. I will say, I only use Bluetooth headphones to make and receive phone calls, not for any media. For phone calls, these headphones are great. I could hear the other person clearly, and they could hear me just fine as well. They charge quickly and the charge lasts a long time.
