Title: Great Taste! Good buy!
Review: I needed this for my chocolate strawberry project and its smooth and has a Damn good taste! It is kinda thicker that the white chocolate wafers and melts well in the microwave w 10-30s intervals. Use an airtight container, baking soda, & paper towels. if you don’t want your berries to sweat, and let them come back to room temp bc the packaging I used was cute but my berries suffered from severe condensation. Overall I would definitely recommend! Best chocolate on a budget!

Review: I love using these for every baking project! They melt no fuss. You can eat them right out of the bag haha. I have made chocolate covered fruit, chocolate lollipops, cakepops, cheesecake drizzle. The temperament is amazing! Even once you refrigerate it, it becomes solid again so you can save the left overs if you didn’t get it contaminated. If you serve chocolate covered fruit for example it won’t melt immediately after you set it out. One of my favorites. I always get great compliments. If you love baking be a6ure to try these. Bake your heart out. Enjoy!

Review: Dipped a bunch of different things in chocolate with our toddler. Lots of fun! She mostly wants to just eat the chocolate but hey who can blame her! One fun thing to dip: clementine sections.

Title: Melt, dip & mold perfectly, but chocolate via delivery can be tricky
Review: The chocolate it self was wonderful… but they arrived completely melted. As I was going to melt them I didn’t bother to send them back. (odd heat wave for this time of year, I assume that was the problem)They melted well, dipped & molded perfectly. That was, after all, the purpose. Taste is great.Why not 5 stars? Both bags looked and tasted more like milk chocolate than dark chocolate. I don’t know if that’s because they were melted twice, but I don’t think so.Would I buy them again? Probably, but at Sam’s Club.

Title: Excellent for dipping candy
Review: These wafers are excellent for dipping candy. The taste is far better than almond bark. And, I love that I don’t have to worry about tempering chocolate.I have probably used a dozen bags of this in the past year, mostly making caramels. I have only had one occasion where a few of my pieces had bloom on them (white streaks). And that was only on the last two pieces I dipped in my last batch! I’m not sure what I did that caused that.I prefer the taste of the dark wafers over the white. Also, the white takes much longer to set up.As you can see in my photos, I’m a little messy in my dipping. But it’s very easy to trim off the excess to make your candy look good.

Review: These melting chocolates are delicious and easy to use. They are my go to for cake pops, ganaches, drizzles, and chocolate covered strawberries. Great product, and it’s way cheaper on Amazon than it is in my local grocery store.

Review: I bought this chocolate to make chocolate fondue. It was NOT dark chocolate…it is dark chocolate flavored. So it is not what was stayed on Amazon’s website. It was sweet and not a good taste at all. It was a mistake to purchase this product…and a greater mistake as I bought two of them. Also it is 10 oz not 12 oz at on the Amazon’s website
