Title: Good sound and excellent customer service
Review: This neckband earphone was perfect for me since earbuds quickly fall out of my ears, even if I’m standing still. Something to do with the shape of my ear, no doubt. I use it only for listening to music while walking, and it’s comfortable and the sound is good.The inline mic and one-button control works well to answer the phone and to pause or skip songs. I found out that I could even ask Google to identify a song I was listening to, without using any buttons or controls. Very handy!But a little over two months after I got them, the left channel cut out due to a short at the plug. I emailed Mucro and they replied the next day, The following day I had a replacement earphone in the mail. This was a surprise since I figured if I’m working with the seller, rather than Amazon, I’d be waiting for a month for the package to arrive from China. But the replacement came from Amazon after just two days. All in all, a very good experience.As for the earphones themselves, though they’re advertised for running, working out and vigorous activities, I would take precautions with the cable, which does not seem sturdy enough for vigorous activity unless you’re careful with it. I could be wrong about this, but I also don’t think that the plug should short out by just walking. For this reason I gave them a conservative 3 stars for working out. If there’s no cable problem then it’d be 5 stars for sound and comfort while working out.The 3 stars for noise cancellation is because they are not intended to be noise-canceling earphones. In fact, walkers do not want noise cancellation so that they can hear traffic, etc.In the end, for the price these are excellent earphones for people who have trouble keeping earbuds from falling out. I recommend.

Title: Fits well if modified. Gives decent sound if ear pieces are correct size.
Review: Fit: If you read the reviews you will see some customers complain about the fit of these headphones being quite uncomfortable. Mine definitely were, too, at first. Look at the lime green portion of the earpiece assemblies. The lime green parts are soft and rubbery; they’re flexible. This lime green rubber inner arc is supported by three small connecting “bridges” (sorry, don’t know what else to call them). The problem for some of us buyers is that the distance from the center of the ear bud portion (what fits into your ear canal) to the bottom of the inner, lime green rubber arc is too short. Wearing these ear phones on/in my ears was noticeably painful on the top of my ear (where my ear physically joins into my head) in only 5 minutes or so. The solution was to take an X-Acto knife and completely cut (sever) the innermost/bottom rubber arc from the longest of the connecting “bridges”. Doing this allowed that inner rubber arc to flex upwards a little more which increased the distance I mentioned earlier. To give the top of my ear even more room I also cut out the majority of the smallest lime green rubber bridge; the one that would be closest to your face when wearing the headphones. This solved the extreme discomfort problem.Sound: When I first put them on I thought the sound quality was completely horrible. Changing the squishy, detachable light gray ear cups to a different size solved that. (3 different ear cup pairs are provided with the headphones.) I don’t think the sound quality is quite as good as some Sennheiser PMX-680 headphones I used to have, but the sound is plenty good for working out in the yard or exercising.Cord: The cord is a little thicker and beefier than my old Sennheiser PMX-680 headphones. This is both good and bad, in my opinion. Good, because my PMX-680’s had the right ear wiring break after a few years of use (on all 3 sets I owned!) which meant I was left with no more stereo sound. Boo!, so the thicker cord should help prevent that. But the thicker cord is also bad because I like to wind the excess cord up and clip it to the shoulder of my shirt but the heavier cord on these earphones is a little unwieldy to do that. I really wish this cord was comprised of 2 separate cord pieces like the Sennheiser PMX-680 was so you could choose a short or long cord length.Cord clip: There is no clip provided so I used the clip I salvaged from my PMX-680s. The thicker cord was a little difficult to fit into my old cord clip but I did get it to fit.

Review: 既存のイヤホンがランニング中に抜けかけるので抜け対策に買いました本日初めて使いながらランニングしましたが使用中に勝手に音量を下げられました耳と後頭部以外全てを身体から離しても同じで、既存のイヤホンでは同じ現象は起こらないので完全にこれのせいです最終的に音量を上げるボタンを押しっぱなしにしても聞こえない音量まで下げられたのでイヤホンを外して音楽無しで走りましたこれなら耳から抜けかけるとしても既存のイヤホンの方が一億倍マシです

Review: きちんと耳穴に入って周囲の音を遮断できる有線イヤフォンを探していて、これを買いました。耳の穴にきちんと入り、歩いても落ちない、低音域はちょっといまいちだけど、中音域がカスカスな音にならず、気に入っていました。でも購入一年半で故障しました。自室で利用一年、通勤利用で半年です。片耳側から出力がされなくなってしまいました。もっともってほしかったです。

Review: Lousy fit, lousy sound. I tried the different buds, all three, but these just didn’t comfortably sit in my ears. If they had, the sound might be better but as it was the sound was really, really bad.I returned them and to make it worse this was a real hassle. They had to go via UPS. I looked for drop offs on their site, the first drop off said they hadn’t done UPS for 8 months, the second for two years! The third said I needed an invoice stuck to the parcel – it wasn’t sent with the return label!! Big waste of time.
