Review: I’ve always liked Nature’s Bounty, they have quality and at a great price! Ingredients and dosage are comparable to more expensive brands. This does help me sleep better, but is not a sleep aid. It also helps with stress levels or giving a calming effect.

Review: so this product does take away your stress, however…..when I took one a day like instructed it made me feel like I was sedated. kind of like a Benadryl feeling. I did not get stressed or anxious.When I slept I had really weird dreams and I was grinding my teeth while taking this product.so at first I liked the way I felt, but the more I took it I didnt like the way I felthope this helps
