Title: Great strobe, EXCELLENT customer service!
Review: This is a great economical strobe. I own a commercial studio that rents production spaces and use various other commercial grade strobes. Purchased 5 of these for a smaller studio in my facilities. These strobes are used on a daily basis by many of my customers and offer excellent service. Did have one strobe fail but I have say that the customer service is superior. They looked for various options to replace the equipment (I’m located in Puerto Rico) and finally had me order a replacement so they could issue a refund. I would definitely recommend this vendor.

Title: EXCELLENT INVESTMENT

The important thing is that I contacted the seller immediately and they answered my questions quickly and sent me a new flash tube that arrived faster than I expected. Title: Good light, Slow recycle time
Review: The recycle time between flashes was a bit disappointing. I use it for wedding photography. When I am shooting fast moving activities such as First Dance, thats when I need fast recycle time. The quality of light and build is good though.

Review: I must admit, the only thing I’d like them to do is shoot at less than 1/32 power, but otherwise they’re excellent. I use manual flash power so these are absolutely fine. Consistent temperature and good power.
