Title: A Good Product
Review: Very frustrated at first. Did not come with any product information or directions. It came in seemingly one piece and did not look like the product in the picture. I couldn’t get it apart in the two pieces and my phone would not fit in it without separating them. My son said it didn’t fit my phone but info said it was for the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017). I was beginning to think that maybe it wasn’t supposed to come apart & I got the wrong case. After some time I was able to pry the two pieces apart and put my phone in. The 1st day, the touch screen in one corner didn’t work then I realized I had a sheet of tempered glass screen protector on it (had the phone for 5 years and forgot). So I pried (took a lot of effort) it apart again, carefully as not to break my screen, took the old tempered glass screen protector off and reinserted my phone. Not an easy task to get that top piece on either. Now my touch screen works perfectly. The buttons on the side of my phone take a lot of effort to use through the cover over my phone (sleep/on/off buttons). They are stiff & hard to press. I feel that will remedy itself with more use. It is extremely difficult to get the cover on and off my phone BUT now that it works, I do not intend to ever take the cover off again. So not a problem. No way that thing is coming off on it’s own. My phone is so much easier to hold with the cover on. It’s pretty (light purple) & sturdy. Overall, satisfied with my purchase.

Title: It didn’t fit my phone, even though it said it would fit
Review: In the description it says, it would fit my phone and it didn’t. It was too big. I will not purchase again. I brought it because the color and how nice it looks to protect my phone but it fell short.

Title: Stay away from this case
Review: The part you have to remove to get your phone inside is so difficult to remove I had to use pliers to seperate it from the other piece and damaged it in doing so. If you get your phone in and snap the front piece in…you will never get your phone out without damaging, probably destroying your phone.
