Review: Love this diet! I am one that needs to see the scale move to keep me motivated. The Rotation diet does this! I lost almost ten pounds in my first week! The most surprising part was that I wasn’t hungry, I also like the fact that after three weeks following the plan – you get a break. Typically this is when I have given up on other diets because I haven’t seen results or have become overly frustrated with limitations. Obviously during that week you eat sensibly but it allows you the opportunity to have that evening out, or participate in a holiday meal without everyone knowing your on a diet.

Review: I have been on the program 1 week and I’ve lost nearly 9 pounds the 1st week!!!I bought the book because I want to truly embrace and understand the principles (which are solid!!), but I followed my own program because I’m a Vegan and because I like to eat a certain way (I don’t feel our bodies need complex carbs at night). So I put together my own program with a database and cannot believe the success so far. If you’re going to do it this way, you need to match the calories EXACTLY to have success. Condiments, coffee creamer… they all add up and need to be included, which is what I did! I would recommend this diet to anyone who is looking for a quick boost to get some momentum. I have 33 pounds to lose so knowing I’ve already lost nearly 1/3 of my goal in 1 week is pretty amazing. It will be hard to take that “break” but how we get ourselves in trouble is trying to do things our own way. And a break makes sense. So I will take it after the 3 week mark. I recommend this program wholeheartedly!

Title: Easy to follow Diet Plan
Review: This book is great! I love the way the author writes, he’s very easy to understand and he gives great explanations. I also love how easy he makes it – there is a menu planned for every day of the diet with alternate menus. Plus he even has a shopping list for you!This plan works. Both my husband and I have lost weight on our first 3week rotation and this has given me such a confidence boost to keep loosing the weight!

Review: This diet really works as advertised. My wife has used it for about 15 years when she has gotten serious about dieting. However, be warned that you do get hungry and bored with the food choices, especially on the days of the lowest calorie level. When my wife’s resolve is high enough, she endures the hunger and loses the weight. I bought the new revised edition of this book because of my wife’s success. I wanted to see what, if anything, has changed in the diet that would appeal to me. I am able to lose and keep weight off by eating low glycemic index diets such as Atkins and South Beach. Those two diets are almost identical, except the So Bch Diet does not want you to eat much or any red meat. The Rotation Diet is built around a balanced meal three times a day. Many of the suggestions include high glycemic foods. The amount of fat allowed is minimal. Atkins & So Bch allow much more plant and meat fats, and allow you to eat until you are full. I do not plan on using the Rotation Diet, because I don’t think it allows you to lose the same amount of weight as the other two without the hunger that you need to endure. The book was worth the price I paid for the Kindle edition. There is a lot of good information about dieting in general and tips on how to cut back on certain foods that cause problems. GET IT TODAY !!

Title: Weight Loss Plan That Works for me.
Review: This diet book allows me to lose 3 to 5 pounds a week, for 3 weeks. In the first 3 week period I lost 12 pounds. I now will stopdieting for a few weeks, while watching not to overeat. I would like to lose 25 pounds by October. I’m 6 foot tall.I weighed 225when I started. I will resume the diet the last week in August , for another 3 weeks. I hope to be at 200 pounds at the end of thatperiod. This will be a 25 pound loss overall.. I will diet again at the end of November to reach my goal of 190. I originally used thisdiet in the early 1990s over an 7 month period. I went from 256 pounds to 210. This plan was promoted by Raley’s Grocery Soresback then , it was just 3 pages, available at the check out stand. The book is now a complete plan to control your weight, and follow a healthy eating plan. This plan also allows you to maintain your metabolism by altering the menu in each 3 week period and to stop after 3 weeks. Review: The first time I purchased this diet book was in 1987! I wanted to lose some weight in a hurry for a Wedding and was very happy to find a diet that promised this. Well, I did, and it did! The last stubborn 10lbs I had been trying to lose forever (!) came off at last – just in time…Since then in the past years whenever the weight crept up again (despite my good intentions) I always went back to ‘my’ diet – courtesy of Martin Katahn. Well, nearly thirty years have passed and exercise went by the board as did the way of eating he had taught me, so once again, it was time to start over. I still had the original book, but decided to look for a new copy. And of course, I found the brand new one -thrilled! Still in print – and am happy to say – as effective as ever – yes! Once again, it has worked and am able to wear my favourite clothes again. It is a successful diet and allows for tiny ‘cheating’ and gives you breathing space – and truthfully – it works!

Review: This is the best eating program that I have ever been on that works for me and I have tried Herbal Magic, Weight Watchers, Charlies Diet Centre, South Beach Diet, Cabbage soup diet,amongst many other fad diets. The first few days were the hardest but I am losing weight consistently now and even when I want other foods, the way the diet works, I can have them eventually! I feel great and I am working toward a lifestyle of healthy eating! Because I am not salting everything to death, food tastes really good again! One of the amazing things is, it is not costing me hundreds or thousands of dollars which all of the other diets cost me!
