Title: Awesome lightweight outdoor waterproof rug! Great colors and style!
Review: Note: This is my second rug I’ve received from this brand- I just wanted a slightly larger size for my back deck and I like this grey and black color/ pattern better. Other than that the rugs are exactly alike so I’m definitely qualified to review the rug. My other one has been outside for months in rain and 5 inches of snow and still looks amazing- just as good as the day I put it outside, in fact. It doesn’t absorb moisture or start to mold and it doesn’t really get stained. I love my original and will be putting it at a different property on a smaller deck.I have probably been through 3 or 4 fabric “outdoor” rugs in the last 10 years on my back deck. They say they are outdoor rugs but yet they get saturated with water and start to grow mold and disintegrate very quickly. And then the next season I have to buy a whole new rug. I also hate how the fabric rugs just retain water when it rains. I’ve noticed that 1-3 days after a heavy rain, everything else will be dry (the deck, the furniture, the outdoor plants- everything)- but the rug will still be soaking wet. It is gross and not comfortable at all to walk across the rug in your bare feet and feel that your feet and the bottom of your pants are now soaking wet. In all fairness, the rugs I’ve used have been on the back deck at my condo which gets pelted with rain at high intensities any time we have a storm. The way my property is situation, the rainwater just comes down in sheets in the back of the building. When I saw that this rug was made of a plastic strawlike material I figured this would be the solution to all my problems. I also liked the black and grey geometric pattern that matches all my basic neutral furniture. I received the rug and liked it immediately. It actually comes folded up into a square in a tote back with handles on it. It is very lightweight. I was thinking to myself as I opened it that this would be a great rug/ mat to pack with you on a beach/ camping/ picnic day.It has a great neutral design and is actually reversible- so you can choose whether you want it to be mostly grey or mostly black. I am going to try out both sides and see which one I like best long-term.Since the rug was folded it had some creases but nothing leaving it flat out in the rain a couple days won’t fix. The best part of this rug is that I can tell it doesn’t retain water. It is made of a slick, plastic-like fabric that water slides off of and it isn’t thick or heavy enough to hold water for long anyways- which means I will not likely have the moldy rug issues I’ve dealt with for 10 years now. I know this is the solution to all my outdoor rug problems! The rug looks great with my furniture and I know it will be water-resistant and stylish- I will update if anything changes. One thing to note- the rug is pretty lightweight so I think it could potentially blow away if there was a gust of wind. I’d suggest using it in areas where you’ll have furniture or a table to place on top of it, at least partially. It is also a great choice for a sunroom, basement, playroom, etc. Could even work in a casual kitchen. Great low maintenance, yet stylish rug. 5 stars!

Title: The rug is surprisingly comfortable underfoot, making it perfect for lounging or entertaining.
Review: I recently had the opportunity to review the OLANLY outdoor rug. This rug has exceeded my expectations in terms of both style and functionality. The vibrant black and beige design adds a touch of sophistication to my outdoor space, while the durable plastic straw material ensures it can withstand the elements. The rug is surprisingly comfortable underfoot, making it perfect for lounging or entertaining. I particularly appreciate its reversible design, which allows me to change the look of my patio.Hose it down or wipe it clean with a damp cloth, and it’s ready for use again. This is a significant advantage over traditional outdoor rugs, which can be difficult to maintain. I’ve also been impressed by its durability. Despite being exposed to various weather conditions, including rain and sunshine. The rug has shown no signs of wear and tear. Overall, I highly recommend this rug to anyone looking for a stylish, durable, and easy-to-maintain option for their outdoor space.

Title: Just ok
Review: I got this rug for my deck but when I got it, I determined that it is way too flimsy for high traffic. I like the color pattern but so far it has never flattened out completely. I have it in my atrium under my cat litter boxes and it works fine there. It is not very sturdy so I don’t expect it to last long. If you need a cheap short term solution, this might work. I would probably go with something a little more robust.

Title: A One Summer Outdoor Rug with Several Plusses
Review: First this rug is a decent price for the size. It is lightweight and comes in a nice storage case. It’s made of woven plastic. I like the design, which is the same on both sides. It’s comfortable on bare feet. The folds from being in the carrying case quickly relax so the rug lies flat. The rug itself isn’t even close to hundred dollar plus jute rug – but I didn’t expect that quality for the reasonable price of this rug. I feel this is a “one summer rug”. That’s fine. It’s still cold and rainy where we live. The weather here can be hard on rugs left outdoors all year long. Our six year old jute outdoor rug has finally met its end after six winters outside. This new plastic rug will be a nice summer replacement. It’s a bit ecologically wasteful to think about getting a new plastic rug every summer. But this will suffice until I find the right three or four times more expensive jute rug. I recommend this for a nice summer fix. It’s also light enough to fold into the case and take on a picnic. It should be easy to clean by wiping up small spills with a damp soapy cloth. Spraying with a hose will work to clean the entire rug.

Title: Easy to set up, great design.
Review: A simple rug, easy to lay down indoor or outdoor. The pattern is nice, it it great for outdoors under a door mat and makes for a place to wipe your feet or keep dirt from tracking inside so much. Comes in a carrying case which you could technically fold up and reuse but I would assume that would be more for using it as a picnic blanket or something instead of an actual door rug outside since it’ll surely get really dirty.

Title: Decent
Review: Very light weight, would probably need something to hold it down for windy days. Seems durable but looks more plasticky than you would think based on the photos. Would need to use it for a summer before I’d be able to say if it’s actually durable or worth the price.

Title: Attractive and Comfortable Underfoot
Review: This is a polypropylene straw rug/mat, but it doesn’t look “too plastic.” It is attractive, well-woven, and very comfortable when walking on it. I didn’t notice any smell to it when unpacking it or placing it on the lanai. It seems pretty sturdy but only time will tell on how well it holds up in the sun and other outside elements. I like that it’s lightweight, making it easy to lift and adjust around the lanai furniture, and I’m pleased with the look.
