Title: As good as the expensive ones.
Review: I bought the $7,000 hearing aids 6 years ago. They last about 5 years. I bought a $600 pair (not these) from Amazon and it was crap. These Jabra ones are made from the same company that makes the $7,000 ones. almost the same. I have to use the small ear buds. Probably helped me to have had hearing aids before. It takes a week or two to get used to them. The medium buds hurt my ear canal. The cheaper pair did not have the small buds also. Highly recommend these.

Title: Difference Maker!
Review: I had tried 4 different types of hearing aids before coming across the Jabra aids in late spring. I had tried $3,500, $5,000, $6,000 & $7,500 hearing aids over the last year. I saw a sale on Amazon and decided to try the OTC (Over the Counter) aids out of curiosity. I have moderate hearing loss in the mid frequencies and severe in the upper frequency range. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! I could not tell a significant difference between these and the $6,000 aids. I could tell a noticeable difference in some areas of my frequency deficiency with the $7,500 aids but not $6,000 worth of difference. I have been using the Jabra Enhance 300 for about 6 months and loving them. Customer support is great too with zoom meetings to help set them up. I can contact my audiologist when I have a question or issue. I had been tested by a professional audiologist locally earelioer in the year. I sent my results to my Jabra audiologist and she re-programmed my hearing aids to coincide with my areas of deficiency and right away when I downloaded the update they were even better!! I feel with the advancement in technology OTC hearing aids will be the primary avenue for people to purchase hearing aids in the near future. They are affordable, they work well and you can do everything in the comfort of your home!! I’m very happy with this purchase and recommend them to anyone that may not have insurance that covers them and want to save money and convenient.

Title: don’t buy!
Review: I’ve had these for over a month – and still cannot hear properly. The customer service is horrible. Takes over two weeks to get an appointment. Hearing aids need to be adjusted for each person – and with Jabra’s remote help – I don’t know if I will ever get these to be a workable alternative. Very very disappointed.

Title: Great sound, excellent app.
Review: Only had them 2 days. Awesome so far. No hiss no whistle, just clear sound. Can hardly tell I’m wearing them. Returned a $300 pair and got these for $1600. Worth all the difference.

Title: Jabra is very good
Review: I bought for my wife. They work very well. Comparable to the brick and mortar stores that charge $5000.

Title: Liking them after initial adjustment period
Review: I have had these hearing aids for a month now and overall I like them, although it has been an adjustment period for me. It says that is normal in the set up instructions. I like how lightweight and unobtrusive they are. They do not feel uncomfortable at all. I like how you can adjust them based on what you are needing at the time and what environment you are in. It did take me a bit to get over the fear that I was going to pull the wire out or something because of how they fit in my ear, but I haven’t had any problems. Some notes I took over the process…The user guide has small print. I really liked the instruction cards that are included, those are handy. You can only use the charger that is supplied with them. There is no storage case and I’d have expected these to come with a nice one that I could put everything in.The app is basic and easy to use.During setup/activation there was a very long terms and conditions (to read them all I’d have had to block out a good hour to get through) and you have to create an account (name, number, email, password). To continue you have to agree to marketing texts, I couldn’t find an option to decline (might have been there, but I didn’t see it).The hearing test I took twice and had the same results so that was reassuring that it was accurate to me.At first it took a frustrating amount of time for me to connect. It kept asking me to restart so I’d have to take them out of my ears and put back on the charger over and over. That might have been something I was doing, but I made note of it. I’ve not had a problem since that initial time.I had excellent customer service when I called in with questions. It was quick to reach a person and they were responsive and easy to communicate with. The hearing aids are not marked R and L like some are, they are color coded (right is red, left is blue). To meet with the audiology team is a virtual meeting using Zoom.

Title: The best hearing aids my dad has owned!
Review: I got these Jabra hearing aids for my dad and he says they are incredible, and a huge upgrade to his last pair. He loves how comfortable they are,how well they fit in his ear, and that they say in place. They are much more stylish and aren’t as bulky as his last ones. The quality is nice and they seem durable, like they will last for a long time. The charging case is small and compact, and easily can be taken in the go. The hearing aids charge quickly and keep their battery life for a long time. They function great, my dad says that he can hear so much better than before, they are clear and loud, with even sound and no distortion. They are a bit pricey, but he says you get what you pay for, and these are worth the money. His last pair were a lot cheaper, but didn’t work nearly as well as these hearing aids. Very impressed and would recommend.
