Title: Great Little Beginner Book
Review: This is a great little book and would be a wonderful gift for a first time home buyer. It is organized nicely and has plenty of space to keep track of all the information you need for home maintainece. Believe it or not, and especially if you ever sell your house, you will be frequently asked when the last time you had such and such done or when you bought so and so. Having it at your fingertips is incredibly helpful. I’ve included pictures so you can see how it is organized. I would recommend keeping this in a plastic file case along with file folders where you can keep any receipts and warranty booklets for new appliances, well inspections, or whatever you have done.I do wish this book at less spaces for Home Interior information and more for keeping track of maintenance logs and warranty/service information. You will need lots of space over the years for keeping track of which service repair people you use and also notes on using them again and the work they did. There is not much space for that here. However, there is a ton of space for paint colors used and window treatment sizes. That’s not a bad thing, but it isn’t helpful for my needs.

Review: This little book thought of every possible note you would need to keep. Very helpful. The subject tabs are different than I would have done it, but I worked around it. It’s my go-to book for all things home related. I’ve given these as gifts for new home buyers and they were greatly appreciated.

Title: Really helpful for new home buyers!
Review: My husband and I bought our first house 2 years ago and there are so many things to keep track of! Our first plumber we called and had used their services, we couldn’t find anywhere anything that could help us figure out which company we used. But then when we started fully utilizing this book, there are spaces to fill out so many details including past plumbers, roofers, etc along with keeping track of the super important numbers that come with owning a house! Love this!

Review: This was a great purchase for being a new homeowner! It has different sections dedicated to different areas of the home – even areas you would forget about! It also has a section in the back of things you should do to upkeep the home monthly, quarterly and yearly. Highly recommend

Title: Doesn’t quite meet my expectations.
Review: Gotta admit, I am somewhat disappointed. This looks like a great log book, and it will be great for keeping important information about my new house. However, I was expecting that the log would also have more printed information as well. I mean it is great that I now have a way to record information about my roof, and an inspection and maintenance log for it. However it would also be nice if there was an attached essay about what to look for, when to know there is a developing problem, etc.
