Review: Russell Stover is a great brand for sugar free options. These are a hard, long lasting butterscotch candy. Great when you just want that sweet taste. Also great for travel, whether driving or on a plane during take off or landing to prevent that dreadful ear popping. Bags contain 27 individually wrapped candies .Unfortunately, you do have to buy 2 bags, but I do recommend this product.
