Title: Nice variety of recipes
Review: My favorite thing about this is the wire ring binder. I don’t like cookbooks that won’t lay flat. The recipes seem to cater to many variety of tastes and are easy to prepare. Glad I bought it but I don’t need the planner part of it. Thought it was not necessary.

Review: The first edition of this book is fantastic, it’s recipes are for 4 people along with a perfect format easy to follow. This edition was not as easy to follow and the recipes are for 1 person. If you are looking to feed just one person than this book is for you. Not family friendly. I wish they stuck with the first format and just added new recipes.

Title: Very Amazed by this cookbook
Review: So being diagnosed with prediabetes I wanted to eat healthier. The Mediterranean diet is very healthy and will help me with my journey so I can reverse this. The recipes are amazing things that I didn’t even think I could eat are in here and the instructions are simple and the pictures are just beautiful. I’m going to start this diet Monday because I have to get rid of a few things I don’t want to throw away and waste but I can’t wait to dig into this wonderful wonderful 28-day Mediterranean diet plan that looks absolutely delicious
