Title: Great results
Review: I was born with olive skin, which was always pretty hardy. Of course @ age 67, I grew up withoutmuch sunscreen. Luckily I have few in any wrinkles on my skin, yet I felt a slight loosening in my skin. Seeing that I use the Cerave brand body cream (the brand receives enthusiastic support from the New York Times associated “Wire Cutter”, which reviews products like a Consumer Reports but instead of cars etc, Wire Cutter covers they sort of items used in the type of products one uses in everyday life. Given W.C. likes the Cerave line, I bought their Hydrating Face Serum. I am delighted with this product. It brightens up my olive skin, makes my skin look tighter on my face, hydrates my skin, making me look as though I just came back from a relaxing vacation – and the cost is reasonable. I have added Cerave hydrating Serum to my subscribe & save page, buying a new container about every 2 months.I highly recommend this product, especially because I live with a challenging painful chronic disease. I try hard, when in public to “fake it until I make it” .This Cerave Hy Syrum makes my face look bright, clear & untroubled, which I appreciate.5 Stars for this excellent Cerave product.

Review: This serum is fantastic for people with highly sensitive skin!! For those who complain that it’s not “hydrating enough” and are using it like a moisturizer…you aren’t using it correctly!! This is a SERUM!! It is supposed to go on after you cleanse, when the face is still slightly damp, and BEFORE you moisturize! If you are skipping your moisturizer, no wonder you aren’t getting enough hydration!! Use it as it’s intended and it will work like a charm. It gives an added layer of hydration and smoothness, and won’t make you break out, even with the most sensitive or reactive skin. LOVE this product!!

Title: Keeps face soft
Review: Based on good reviews I decided to try this product and it turned out to be very timely. For the summer I was using a new-to-me product that plumps the skin on my face and it was sufficiently moisturizing combined with the tinted CC sunscreen product that I used over it. However, about the time I received this serum the weather was turning cooler and less humid, and I was finding that the plumping product was not sufficient to keep my skin moisturized under my makeup. I began applying this serum after the plumping product and before I used my moisturizin CC cream which doubles as foundation for me, and my skin is still soft the next morning. For context, I use a gentle cleansing balm to clean my face in the a.m. and only the products I’ve listed here. I found that at my age another cleansing at night and applying additional products is really counterproductive. Keeping my very sensitive skin healthy and well moisturized are my main goals at this point. I was delighted to find this product that works well with my existing products and at a reasonable price.

Title: Good for my sensitive skin
Review: I use at night before bed. It’s good hydration that works with my sensitive skin. Used to use retinol but it makes you more susceptible to skin cancer if you aren’t good about using sunscreen. That being said, retinol does help reduce wrinkles.
