Title: Easy to pair and long run time. Update, long range.
Review: I bought one direct in September and have been using on my Mixer via XLR mic in. Works great and has decent receiver range, no clicks and seems to reject interference from my other wireless devices in house. FFWD to today, ordered another one from AMAZON this time due to lightning fast shipping times. I paired the device to my first one and the two devices work very well together so now I have stereo. Not sure you would need two as a street performer with one speaker obviously but at least there is that option to add another one. The Bluetooth sounds great, using as DAC from tablet is fair sounding. I think Bluetooth is the way to go for sound Quality. 14 plus hours runtime. 4.5 stars IMO.UPDATE….. The range on my pair of XLRs is 100+ feet in an outdoor situation, direct line of sight of coarse. Now that I have cycled the batteries on both devices they will stayed paired to each other for 24 hrs. Very cool

Title: A very versatile and great addition to have!!
Review: I needed the Blafili XLR to work with an older equipment rack that did not have Bluetooth flexibility. Plugging this in, provided immediate resolution to an ongoing frustration. Many devices in the pro audio department that add Bluetooth functionality are for some reason costly. Additionally, they are generally a rack-mounted device, or they are a unit that needs a 110 volt power supply to operate. The Blafilli XLR meets the need by being battery powered with a 10-hour use, or plugging into anything that has a USB charge output. I have added pictures of the device and instruction manual as well as provided a video to help understand and use this product.

Title: Voice only, no base or treble.
Review: If you use this do not use it with music. It drowns out or takes away all the trouble and the bass. This is only good for a microphone and voice. When we played music we could hear every word, but not the music.

Title: Works great when cables are not an option
Review: This is a fantastic device if you cabling issues ( or if you just want convenient streaming ).So, since Christmas I had a layout problem with my “Active Bookshelf” speakers (technically I use 2 Rokit Studio Monitors as bookshelf speakers mounted high on 2 bookshelves). But we needed to move the location of my Streamer away from these bookshelves, so suddenly I had run cables which my wife hated. So I needed a better solution and I came across the blafili XLR and thought it might work as a high quality alternative to cables, specifically because it supports the HD codecs unlike some other bluetooth wireless devices.I love how two of them act in a TWS mode (like 2 individual earbuds for the left and right channel) and the fact they work on battery power (as well as wired) was super useful as I got it all working well with my 2 Speakers first, then once I was happy with the placement and the sound quality I was getting, I then just added a simple usb charger to keep them powered up.So that brings me the most important aspect, how does it sound? Well when streaming from the same WiiM Streamer I was previously using via cables it sounded exactly the same, in fact, I ran the same ‘room correction’ that the WiiM Streamer offers and I got the same result I had previously as shown in the WiiM App. I love how simple it is within the WiiM Ultra to switch to bluetooth for “speaker output” so overall the swap from cables to 2 blafili XLR devices connected to my speakers took less than 10 minutes ( it did take me a few minutes to figure out how to enable TWS – I should have read the manual first ) and I was up and running and my wife was very happy with the result.I use these Rokit speakers because for their size these speakers have both good bass down to about 50Hz and a nice linear response with excellent mods and decent treble as you should expect from studio reference monitor speakers. So I believe this is a nice combination to work with the Blafili XLR, a decent active bookshelf speaker and a streamer that supports bluetooth and you have a nice wireless active solution for any awkward to wire location in your house that will sound great. As an added bonus, if I turn off the WiiM Ultra the Blafilli XLR ends up available to stream directly from my iPhone to the speakers, they can appear as Speakers within your bluetooth settings.I added some photos to give people an idea for what this solution might look like. So, if cables are a problem and you have some active speakers (or many an Amp with XLR inputs) and you want to turn them into a high quality bluetooth receiver I would definitely recommend the Blaili XLR.

Title: Not loud, sounds muffled and at higher volumes distorted..
Review: I was really hoping and expecting a lot more from this unit.It seemed to be a bit bass heavy from the start, It didn’t sound clean and clear, It sounded muffled and when you turn it up, it distorted and sounded very muddy….I compared it to a unit very similar to it the old Alto Bluetooth unit and in comparisonThe Alto Bluetooth was way louderAnd sounded much cleaner and clear without the distortion even at high volumes…The unit works as it should It’s just the sound quality is not good especially if you’re going to run it at high volumes…
