Title: Poor Quality Great Sound
Review: The woman I worked with got the headset for me. The quality of the sound and volume is good but, I dropped the head set on my floor and the ear pieces came apart and are difficult to put together. I would think something this expensive would not come apart so easily. I may be able to use it, but I am very disappointed.
