Title: Works perfectly!
Review: I installed this using the two sided tape. It lights up automatically and stays on for a decent amount of time actually. It’s very bright also. I ordered it for a keypad I use that had It’s own lighting, but the lighting doesn’t work anymore, so this provided a very convenient alternative to replacing the keypad.

Title: Works great
Review: This keyhole light works! It is triggered by movement as I approach. It lights up enough for me to see the keyhole. So now instead of fumbling in the dark to find the lock, I can quickly insert the key & get in the house. It looks nice also.

Title: Good idea, works well (hoping it keeps working)
Review: This light works quite nicely where I mounted it about 2 inches above my deadbolt (which is above the door knife) and after dark (it doesn’t come on in the daytime) if I reach for the knob or bring my hand with the key to the deadbolt lick it turns on practically instantly. It has more than enough light to find the keyhole BUT a couple of times it turned off after maybe 5 seconds then there’s a delay before it will activate again. Mostly its stayed on long enough to get in my door BUT BE AWARE that if you are digging in a purse or pocket for keys it’s going to time out on you. So just get your keys out before you approach the door. But overall, since I do get my keys out and I can just walk up to the door, stick my hand towards the locks and the light comes on I’m very pleased as it works so much better than finding the keyhole by the Braille method.One drawback was the double sided tape stuck to the light but wouldn’t stick to my freshly painted door so mounting it got delayed… I went and got a tube of adhesive and put a little on the door side of the double sided tape and using bit of blue trim tape to hold it in place overnight until it cured, fixed that (but that’s why only 4 stars, the attaching tape).If it lasts at least a year, I’ll be happy and replace it with a new one (Chinese quality control is always a gamble)

Title: Solved a long time problem
Review: Despite having motion sensor lights near our entry, our door lock has always been in a dark shadow. So for years I have fumbled around trying to get the key into the lock at night. This has solved the problem. It only goes on from the motion of putting the key near the lock and turns off quickly once the light is not needed. As a bonus, it also lights up our enclosed entry when the front door is opened into it. I painted it to match the door color so it looks good, too. Also, very cold below zero winter weather had no effect on it, if that is a concern.

Review: Bought for an elderly relative with vision impairments and it works well. When mounted above the lock, the light didn’t illuminate the lock because it didn’t come out far enough. Our workaround was to mount it to the door jam and it worked well!

Review: My front door requires a code for entry. Unfortunately, the area is dimly lit and one cannot see the numbers to punch in the code.This LED light is the perfect solution. It is motion activated as you approach the door, and I can now clearly see the numbers on the keypad. The light will stay on for 5-8 seconds before turning off. The light is only active in low light conditions (night, late dusk).Installation is very simple and the unit works flawlessly.A definite worthwhile purchase. Highly recommended.

Review: The product is as described. Extremely easy to install. The light is bright just as I wanted. The build quality doesn’t seem that great but time will tell. I wish the PIR was just a little more sensitive. I wanted it in black so I paint ours.
