Title: Amazing sound quality – great functions – but pricey
Review: I first encounterd the Jabra 510 while visiting a client site. I was impressed enough to research the unit. I was initially dissuaded by the cost, but decided to take a chance as I work form home and this is something I will use daily.I was not disappointed. The speaker/mic is plug and play. Sound quality is amazing – both on my end, and for those I am speaking to. I have NOT tested the blue tooth function as I work from a desk and have no need to move the speaker around – hence, no knowledge of the battery function. All controls are placed in a ring around the top surface, easy to understand and easy to use. I primarily adjust volume and mute when I don’t want to be heard. The unit is also capable of linking to a cellphone, but I have not tried that at this point.Overall – I’m extremely happy with the Jabra unit.

Title: Surprisingly very good device!
Review: This Performs way better than I expected. My organization frequently travels to meetings, often having to rent conference phones from the venue at ridiculous prices. I decided to give the SPEAK 510+ a try. It’s purchase price is less than what we’d pay to rent a phone from a meeting venue. On it’s first use, I set it up in the middle of a 24′ x 18′ conference table. There were about 30 participants in the room and several on our conference bridge. I paired this device to my iPhone, joined our conference bridge, all with no issues. People on both sides of the conference said audio was clear and undistorted. For the most part, the device was loud enough for everyone at the meeting to hear. Our last meeting lasted over four hours, and the battery on the speakerphone was around 70% when we finished. I’m really impressed.Pros:- Really small, portable- Works very well on USB or paired to a bluetooth phone- When paired with iPhone (possibly others), device battery level displays on phone- Clear audio on both sides of communication- Battery lasts forever- Easy to operate and understand… nothing complicated about this thing at allCons:- Volume could go a little higher, but is acceptable- takes several hours to charge fully, but the battery lasts a very long time

Title: Best Speaker I have used
Review: I’ve used this every day since my purchase. Works great on the daily conference calls and because I am in a “home office” don’t have to worry about the volume

Title: Found the perfect conference call speakerphone!
Review: I have hearing challenges and am on conference calls throughout my day. Past devices allowed me to hear well, or the listeners to hear me, but I needed a solution to hear and be heard well. After a few hours reading reviews, I settled on this speakerphone – and I am thrilled to say I made the right choice! I was close to getting the Philips Wecall because of the 4 omni-directional mics, and then discovered the Jabra Speak 510+ includes a dongle that enables WIRELESS use with softphones from up to 300 feet away, approximately 15 hours of talk time between charges, sports omni-directional mics, noise filters to enhances call clarity, eliminates background noise, optimizes your voice while suppressing echoes… on and on. Bottom line, I like the look, simple operation, very identifiable lighting when you are on mute – and most importantly, the sound – AMAZING. I hear and am heard better on this speakerphone than anything I’ve used. Very pleased with this product. If you “live” on your phone for meetings, this is the solution for you. It’s worth the money.

Title: Inexpensive, Good, but be careful!
Review: This is very handy and has become my go-to voice tool for Zoom. Like everyone, my days are filled with Zoom meetings.Set up is pretty easy. Insert the dongle into a USB port. It’s USB2 so keep that on mind is you’re a current model Mac user.Download their utility and it configures the device. Then you hid the bluetooth discover button until it flashes to add phones and commuters. The usb cable is the charger so you can use any usb power adapters and walk charge it.This has good clarity but it won’t blow you away with volume levels. I had to adjust microphone levels on my laptop to maximum because of complaints people couldn’t hear me.This works week as a speakerphone with a cell phone, too. A warning is on iphones, it tries to be the default speaker and switches the phone from other modes. This routine be bad but I left it in my kitchen after a conf call on my phone. Went to my office, and just grabbed my headset. My computer still connected to the Jabra so I had family room noise from the TV and please of “please MUTE” in zoom chat.So this is connected only to my computer now 😀

Title: Fantastic help for work-from-home
Review: I saw the Jabra speaker used at meetings at work as it amplifies sound for those in a meeting room. One of the attendees told me they bought one for home. I tried it and it helps me tremendously. I hardly use headphones anymore when working from home. One point to note, I am based in Australia and I ordered using a link i found when I searched in google which took me to the US site. I ended paying more for this product compared to what I would have paid if I used the Amazon Australia site.

Review: For long duration calls and meetings, this is a great product. Hands/ears free, wire free and has good audio quality.Charging takes almost 1.5 to 2 hrs and works for complete 1 day on battery.I had to make couple of settings to make it work with all calling software and it is working perfectly fine. Value for money and Amazon delivery was prompt as usual.

Review: At our cool company, we found a super helpful gadget called the Jabra Speak 510. Before we had it, we used to rent big, clunky phones for our meetings which was a bit of a headache and cost a lot of money. But then we got this neat little speaker called the Jabra Speak 510, and it’s been amazing! It’s like a tiny superhero for our meetings. The first time we used it, we connected it to my phone super easily. We had a big meeting with lots of people in the room and some calling on the phone. Everyone could hear each other really clearly, like we were all in the same room, even though some of us were far away! The best part is, it can listen and talk for a really long time without needing a charge. We had a super long meeting, like more than four hours, and it still had lots of battery left. Now, we use it all the time because it makes everyone’s voice sound clear and it’s easy to carry around. The Jabra Speak 510 is like having a special tool that makes sure everyone can hear and be heard, no matter where they are. It’s really important for our company, and we think it’s super cool!Pros (Good Stuff) -:)Loud and Clear: Think of it like a mini-megaphone. It makes voices in calls really clear, like the person is talking right next to youHears Everyone: The speaker has an ‘omnidirectional microphone’. Imagine a super-hearing device that can pick up sounds from all directions, making sure everyone in the room can be heardLong Play Time: It’s like a long-lasting battery toy. You can talk for up to 15 hours without needing to recharge itEasy to Connect: it can connect to your phone or computer without any confusing wires, using BluetoothPortable: It’s light and easy to carry, like carrying a small book. You can take it anywhere to turn any place into your own conference room———————————————————————————————————————Cons (Not-So-Good Stuff) -:(Not Great in Busy Homes: If many people are talking at once, like a noisy cafeteria, it might pick up too much background noise. Headphones might be a better choice in these situations.Older Bluetooth Version: It uses Bluetooth 3.0, which is like having an older model of a bike. It works well but isn’t the newest version available*** I would rate it an 8.5 out of 10***PS: AN IMPORTANT POINT: The Jabra Speak 510 is designed for clarity in conference calls, not for playing music loudly. It excels in making sure you hear every word clearly during a call, with sufficient volume for conversations. Evaluating it as a music speaker may lead to unfair disappointment, as its main purpose is clear communication, not entertainment.”

Review: I have been using this Jabra Speak 510 Plus now for a few months and having previously used a Sennheiser model can confirm that this is the best Conference device i’ve used. The variant here includes a USB wifi adaptor. This is handy to remotely connect computers without Bluetooth to the device. It also acts as an excellent quality bluetooth speaker which packs quite a punch so far as volume is concerned. I have tested it with “Thus Spake Zarathustra” by Strauss (great test of range) – it handles the volume transitions well. I’ve also used it for Drum n Bass & Trance music. It handles the ranges very well for such a compact device. It’s microphone pickup has quite an effective range and i have successfully used it in board room (long table) meetings of up to 12 people.
