Title: Nice product
Review: I bought this to power a circuit card I’m testing for work. I usually use a big bench supply to power the card. It’s too big to be carrying around when I work in the field. This thing is adjustable from 12..24v and is small enough to put in the bag I use when traveling. The card has a regulator on it so I can’t comment on how noisy this is but it works for me. It comes with a bunch of cables and connectors for connecting to existing stuff.

Title: Just what I needed.
Review: Works so far. It’s not easy to fine tune but you will get within a range you need. Please set you device BEFORE you plug it into your device. Also be carful not to bump it, which will change it’s output and may ruin your device. It’s really a great and compact tool that you can combine with a set of various common plug sizes.

Title: Mixed value based on need.
Review: I have a radio that is convenient to use but batteries do not last as long as needed. I wanted a 6 volt DC power supply to use and a way to know which plug tip would fit various needs. My largest concern was many power supplies do not work well with radios (AM especially). The voltage is pretty easy to adjust in the range I wanted within a couple of tenths of a volt, and the VOM showed within a few hundredths of a volt on the display. The negatives are the radio needs negative on the center electrode and the power supply is only setup for positive. I was able to alter this using the included plugs with leads. However when plugged into the radio I only had hum. When the tip was close when plugging in the hum started and stopped when removed. This made it unusable for my intended uses. The radio on AM and some battery operated LED Christmas lights. A nice unit that stopped too short for me.

Title: Doubting the amps / watt rating
Review: I have a small motor approximately the size of a D cell battery running an extremely light load. The motor bogs down with this power supply. Also the plugs on the additional cords are all male and need to be female. Adjustablility is great and works fine but doubt the watts. Buy bigger if you’re on the fence
