Title: Arrived broken… twice
Review: We ordered this for my husband, fuel truck driver. The part around the ear is very thin and flimsy. Arrived broken the first time so went retuned it and got another one. That wasn’t broken at first. But as soon as he went to put it on, it broke with ease.

Title: People on other ends say sounds bad.
Review: Bought “renewed – New”. Sound thru ear piece sounds good, however people on other end say my voice sounded very poor. So, not sure if issue with this unit that was returned and then resold as “renewed” or just not a quality product, but this one is going back.As a follow up on second unit – still get complaints that my voice sounds very poor. So looks like it is the unit, and was not the “renewed unit” issue. So again, going to be returned.
