Title: Smells horrible but keeps deer off
Review: I live in a suburbs overrun with deer. I really can’t plant anything and I’m searching and trying to remember not to buy anymore plants or trees unless someone has experience with them and deer do not eat them. Otherwise it’s a waste of money, they eat everything. I have some young evergreen trees and they even eat the bark off them! So in an effort to preserve the trees and other shrubbery I already have I always spray them with this. It does work. I usually buy the big bottle, but when I’m in a rush I like the small spray bottle. It’s convenient and helps prevent going too long without spraying and running the chance of the deer coming in and taking down all the lovely trees and plants I’ve tended carefully. That’s the thing – you really have to stay on top of spraying. If it rains, you have to spray again. You have to spray sometimes every couple weeks. It smells just horrible but it does keep the deer away.

Title: No deer eating our flower beds.
Review: Great product. We had used netting, fishing line and streamers to keep the deer away from our plants and flowers with out much success. We started using this last spring and did not have a problem with them all spring, summer or fall. It worked great!

Title: Smells unpleasant – but has worked well so far
Review: I’ve only used this for one season so far, but found it effective when applied as directed. I love our neighborhood deer, but have a few plants I’d like them to leave alone, at least until they’re large enough to handle the nibbling! You do need to remember to apply it again after heavy rains, etc., and I could tell when I had forgotten by the chewed up leaves… but it does make a difference otherwise and I’m happy I gave this product a try based on some recommendations. It will be one of the first things I use in the spring to protect new and fragile growth.

Title: Save the hostas!
Review: Deer decided they like the taste of hostas after leaving the plants alone for years. They ate the hostas down to the ground. I used this as plants began to grow back. Seems to work well. Good idea to refresh after a rain or when you see deer are sampling again. A worthy repellent.

Title: So far, so good
Review: I use my trail cam to monitor rabbit activity around my backyard landscape plants. Several are nearly dead because of rabbit damage. I sprayed this repellant around the entry point to the back yard and on each of the plants that showed obvious feeding damage. So far, I have not had a single rabbit sighting since the application.I will let you know that the odor of this when applying is strong and unpleasant (even my neighbor ask me what stunk so bad!). The good news is that once it dries, the odor dissipates (at least to human sense of smell). My big issue is finding a place to store the spray bottle, as the odor lingers around it. For now, it is outside on the back porch. The bottle is too big to fit into a gallon size zipper bag, so I’ll keep looking for a containment method.I will continue to monitor the camera and the condition of the plants to see if this works long term. I plan on reapplying every two weeks or so. If any of that changes, I’ll update this review.5 STARS AND I DO RECOMMEND THIS ITEMI write honest reviews based on real life experience with each item to help others make informed purchases. I read reviews too, and appreciate how helpful they can be. I hope that you find this review helpful!

Title: Poorly made delivery system.
Review: Seems to work, but the spray head failed quickly. Got only a single use plus part of second round at one week (as instructed). Left with almost a gallon of now completely useless product in a sealed container.Update: The manufacturer quickly supplied a sprayer assembly replacement following submission of the above complaint to their website. This sprayer works well so far. Efficacy of product now seems to be fair.Note: There are multiple additional sprayer failure reports erroneously posted with the granular form of this product.

Title: It works better than the premix!
Review: For years, I’ve been using Liquid Fence Deer and Rabbit Repellent Concentrate as my go-to solution for keeping my garden safe from pesky rabbits. Let me tell you, it’s been a game-changer!First off, what I love about this product is its effectiveness. Deer and rabbits don’t even have to nibble on your precious plants for this repellent to work. They naturally steer clear of the scent, so just a simple application can keep them at bay. It’s like having a protective force field around your garden!I prefer the concentrate over the ready-to-use mix because it allows me to customize the strength of the repellent. Plus, it’s more economical in the long run. With the concentrate, you can mix it with water to your desired concentration, giving you control over how much you use.Another great thing about this repellent is its versatility. You can spray it on pretty much any vegetation in your yard, from ornamental gardens to flowers, shrubs, trees, and vines. Whether you’re protecting your prized rose bushes or your favorite tomato plants, this repellent has you covered. One of the key features I appreciate is its rain resistance. Once applied, it starts working immediately and continues to protect your plants even after a downpour. No need to constantly reapply after every rainstorm! And the best part? It’s harmless to both plants and animals when used as directed. So you can rest easy knowing that you’re not harming the environment or the critters you’re trying to repel. Now, I do have one recommendation: invest in a separate sprayer for this concentrate. While the concentrate is highly effective, it’s important to apply it evenly and thoroughly. Having a dedicated sprayer ensures you get the best coverage possible without the risk of contaminating other gardening products. In conclusion, if you’re tired of rabbits munching on your garden greens, Liquid Fence Deer and Rabbit Repellent Concentrate is the answer. With its proven effectiveness, rain resistance, and plant-friendly formula, it’s a must-have for any gardener looking to protect their plants year-round. Give it a try, and say goodbye to garden woes!

Review: I have been using this for a few months now. I can see deer on the camera by my hedge and they are not eating the hedge – so far so good and the hedge is growing strong which will protect it from the deer better than young shoots.

Review: The product works for Australian rabbits which we are happy with. Purchased more only to find when opened the parcel that the items inside had been opened and not resealed correctly or they just popped off in transit. Most of one container has spilled out into the box which raised a few eyebrows in the local post office. After opening checked the supposedly sealed containers and the lids simply fell off with the inner opening seal in the lid area … should still have been sealed on the top of the container. For safe packaging the containers should have been in at least a plastic bag to ensure should this happen that the contents do not spill out. Otherwise the product works as a general deterrent to rabbits and as we have many birds in our garden can attest that the product does not appear to harm or deter them. I would like to hear from the seller regarding their packaging process to ascertain if it was their slackness upon dispatch packaging or Amazon Au or Australia Post in Botany who caused the contents to spill in the parcel box.

Review: Seems to be effective in discouraging deer and rabbits but is expensive. I bought the 5lb granules for AUD$40 before Christmas and now just 4 weeks later it’s AUD$63!!!!! It doesn’t go very far and the large container is literally half empty which seems deceptive. So the product is OK but the ongoing cost is unacceptable. I’ve since bought a keg of Bunny Bait for less $ and met a local hunter who will solve the feral deer problem for free.
