Title: Charging did not work and got very very hot
Review: The unit had about 1hr of power when I got it and I connected it to my cell phone but it died about 20mins later. I tried to charge it and the red light kept blinking while it was plugged into the power with the included usb cord. I tried contacting the company directly as they leave a note card in the package to contact them if there are any issues. I called over 4 times with not answer. I am returning this item and not going with new.

Title: Low quality, phone-quality microphone
Review: This is a very convenient device, and I like the “flip to mute” feature, but people on the other end have complained to me about the sound quality of my voice. The microphone is telephone quality, so even if you’re using Skype or some other internet voice call, you will sound like you’re calling from a payphone.

Title: Can’t turn off limits on volume for music
Review: Looking everywhere for help. Finally perplexity answered: Jabra’s SafeTone feature, which includes Audio Protect, cannot be completely turned off. Users can only select from different levels of protection, but there is no option to disable it entirely. This feature is designed to protect hearing by limiting sudden loud sounds and maintaining safe volume levels. Many users have expressed frustration over this limitation, particularly when using the headsets for music listening, as it can lead to unwanted volume normalizationYeah. Very frustrating. I’m 70, my hearing is fine, and some songs I want to be loud. But can’t.
