A quick rundown of this product’s key features:
Settle in for a rollicking time at the Yawning Portal tavern with the Dungeons and Dragons: The Yawning Portal game—a fresh take on the D&D experience for both D&D experts and newcomers! This iconic inn attracts fascinating adventurers with one thing in common: they’re famished and have unique tastes in food. As part of the tavern’s staff, feed them by matching up food tokens with the orders pictured on their Hero card. Earn colored gems (and points) for every matching food token, or a bonus for completing an order. Collect more points if you’re the first to achieve an Objective challenge or earn an endgame bonus. The player with the most points at the end wins! But there’s a twist—the colored gems that appear most frequently on the board receive the highest point value. So, strategize to tip the scoring scale in your favor. This D&D game makes a great gift for D&D fans and beginners alike, and it’s an exciting game for Family Game Night. Title: Nice game pieces
Review: The game pieces are my favorite part. Sadly, the same can be said for my toddler who is fascinated by the gems. I have played this at 2 and 3 players. I like it at both but it’s harder to devise a strategy at 3 because there are so many types of bonus points and unless you’re slowing down the game to count points, it’s anyone’s game until the end.The rules are simple. You choose action cards to be able to place patrons at the table with their desired food items and score gems. You have access to actions that add/remove/swap food, add/remove patrons, draw more patrons, etc. You do not need to have any knowledge of dnd or the yawning portal to play this. It’s a fun, not too long game that my family enjoys.

Title: Competitive Tavern Service
Review: The theme comes through pretty well, and the gameplay is quick and easy to learn. Strategically place patrons and food/drinks on the long banquet table, satisfying each customer’s preferences to earn gems. Each gem color is scored seperately at the end of the game, so you also need to be aware of which gems will get you the most victory points. Thete is a lot of player interaction as meals are shifted around and customers enter and leave the tavern. Overall, a very enjoyable game!

Title: A lot of rules and slow to understand at first, but super fun once you get it down.
Review: Fun game for anyone who likes DnD content, at first it is really confusing with all the different requirements and resources and even the endgame tallying of who wins but once you get it down it’s really fun.

Title: Cute Game
Review: This is a cute game. The them of D&D isn’t necessary, and feels like when they theme Monopoly or Clue “just because” but other than that was fun to play. Would recommend.

Title: Simple game
Review: My biggest problem with this game is it lists a solo play option. The solo is not really what I consider play, as there’s no Ai or score to beat. You just play and count your score.Seems okay for multi play, but I have not tried it. I’m very disappointed in the game based on reading the rules, but I can’t really say it’s bad. Just not for me.

Title: Very fun.
Review: The instructions can be a bit confusing so I recommend looking up a video explanation. Other than that this is a great game for the family. You will love it.
