Title: Great Security Camera
Review: Camera arrived quickly and in good shape to our home in Florida. Mounting was easy due to the template, all necessary parts and instructions included. Connection to WiFi went smoothly. Made all adjustments and everything worked fine. Very happy with the smoothness of the scanning and the picture quality. We were so pleased with it we ordered another one for our home in Ohio. We can view each camera from the app on our phones at any time. We get an alarm when a person is detected at either home. After 8 months the camera in Florida quit moving from side to side. Everything else worked fine. We called AOSU with the number provided in the instructions and were able to talk to a very helpful person. They requested a reset and physical check of the camera along with a short recording of us calibrating the camera which showed the problem. Once they viewed the recording a new camera was sent to us which we received within 3 days. I highly recommend this camera due to the picture quality and features of the camera. Also the follow up after the sale was almost a throwback from years gone by when companies actually cared about their customers.

Title: Great Outdoor Wireless Solar Panel Security Cameras-Excellent Picture
Review: These 2-pack AOSU outdoor security cameras are great. They were easy to install, provide excellent camera quality and night security camera, solar panel charge-great product. One of my cameras was product defect (intermittent camera-inside wires not properly functioning). Therefore, I contacted AOSU Customer Support warranty and they quickly helped me by creating a ticket to replace my “faulty” camera and honored warranty. Great products, Great Customer 100% Satisfaction, these cameras are 360 degree turn and auto-move if motion detected and auto-alarm sounds. Great security.

Title: Best for the money!
Review: I can honestly say that I am very, very, very pleased with these cameras.The imagery is is Crystal clear and they are great at night.I have had many many cameras before and it has been a nightmare to get it set up and also the maintenance was difficult with certain companies.I could not believe how easy they were to install and to set up. It was honestly a breeze.I really don’t have any negative criticism about these cameras. They’re easy to to keep charged up on solar and they seem to be very durable in the weather with high winds and heavy rain. I’ve never had an issue with them so my hats off to this company and I am very pleased to say I have bought two and I will probably buy two more

Title: Easy to set up, well designed & intuitive app
Review: Camera works great and is easy to set up. The camera’s solar panel is fixed so it can be slow to charge depending on the where it can be exposed to sunlight (compared with SolarCam D1 SE which works much better). The Default View feature in the app is really well thought out and designed. I love it.

Review: I purchased 6 of these and they work together seemlessly. I used corner brackets for 5 of my cams (attach the cam bracket BEFORE mounting the steel bracket to the house).Pros:Sharp videoNice selection of options including lighting, alarms and canned answers.Good at following human movement.2 way voicePause option is great when there is a lot of activity outside.Cons:Audio could be better, but it works fine.Motion is good but if the person pauses too long or walks a certain distance away, the recording stops.Too sensitive to movement of trees and bushes on windy days

Title: Nice Camera and features
Review: I wrote a lengthy review on the newest model that comes with a separate solar panel. I personally found this model quicker and easier to install. Note – the manufacturer includes a sticker with the mount holes to make drilling easier.As to the camera itself, I chose this brand because nobody else seemed to offer local storage options via SD card, within the camera itself. This is not only generally good as there’s no ‘base station’ with everything on it, to be swiped while someone is going through the house, but to my understanding if one employes a wifi jammer, these cameras will still default to recording locally to the onboard storage. It does offer cloud storage – but why? Also, with a jammer, you have to send data through the router to get to the cloud and it wouldn’t do that if the wifi signal is jammed at the source…The company makes a nice phone app but there’s nothing offered for your PC however. The app for this model is not quite as feature rich as the latest model, but I found these cameras do plenty including returning to their default position once they cease recording a moving human target. To set that up, just use the panning feature inside the app and then go outside and test the camera. Once it loses its target it will return to whatever position you last set it to.Now, there’s an additional feature in the app that builds a panorama scene but I can’t figure out what its for? It’s a still image so its not live and the camera doesn’t move throughout the day monitoring within that image, from left to right.I found that on the newer camera that having this setup seemed to create a settings conflict where the cameras didn’t detect me or track when I clearly moved beyond its lens view, which is pretty wide on these cameras to begin with.So I ended up deleting the panorama image and haven’t had any issues with either model since.There’s a colored night vision option on this model as well that seems to do well. I leave it on the HD mode. It can sputter when streaming playback to my phone but other than that there’s no desire to use a lower resolution, especially if it can’t make out the intruder.I had some issues with detection on the newer model I bought as a two pack and decided as part of the resolution of it not working – company and seller were great – was to order additional cameras but went with this older model instead. Also note – they sell the newer ones as a two pack and if one camera has an issue, you have to risk sending back the other camera also, even if its good. That or order a second two pack and then swap out one of the cameras. They offer these as a one pack – I’d advise doubling up on the order instead.I’ve had both models installed for just over a month and no complaints or issues to speak of. I would recommend these for anyone concerned about the thief not getting recorded, and or a camera that has tracking abilities.It does have the option to track cars or other motion like birds flying past the lens, so I turned this setting off since birds aren’t going to break into my house. The AI does well in determining a human form or shape as compared to a car or getting out of the car in the driveway where it will ignore you until it can determine you apart from the vehicle.

Title: Very Good Solar Camera
Review: I always take my time reviewing products. I want to assure the product lives up to its description. I have almost had it a year now and I am extremely happy with the performance. It did get a low battery once during some very cold, dreary weather but it was simple charge to return it to service. It was easy to install and run the app. I was surprised when I checked the app from 30 miles away and was able to get a picture of what the camera had caught on my property. Will invest in more of this brand in the future.

Review: Updated review 27-01-2025:Aosu support contacted me and offered a replacement camera which is now in place and working perfectly fine, The solar charging is now working great so suspect a faulty solar panel or charge circuit.Great support from Aosu and the camera is just brilliant for keeping an eye on my back door so I have now updated my rating back to the 5 stars the device is worthy of receiving.Only improvement I would like to see is a base unit that stores the images,video captures like the doorbell camera does, Aosu do sell this with a 2 camera kit but its a little pricey.Also a secure way of fitting the camera to the bracket, maybe an allen key to screw it in place as its very easy to just pop off the bracket and be taken away by an intruder, without the cloud or internal storage you won’t have any images or video of the intrusion.Camera is simple to install due to no wires and been solar powered. Had a small issue after installation where the solar didn’t say it was charging but then a bright day it popped up in the app and constantly trickle charged the battery keeping it well topped up.Functions and features are great, tracking with light and siren work great or just light function on detection. Keeps an eye on my back door and notifications when anyone comes into range.Small issue after 5 months with the solar charging stopping working again and just constantly discharges now even though it says its charging it never dose anymore. Checked the solar panel and there is no damage, nothing to stop the charging function.Battery is still good and lasts a while just not ideal having to take camera down to charge via USB which does work great and charges pretty quickly.Aosu support were great 1st time I needed support but lacking lately (maybe due to holidays). Sent in requested information but heard nothing since.Have the doorbell and internal camera, all are brilliant just a shame the solar charging on this has failed, all 3 cameras available in the same phone app with multiview available but only for a short while as 2 camera are battery only.Gave 3 stars as expected the solar to last longer and having to remove to charge is a major annoyance.

Review: Ich habe seit April 2024 diese Camera im Einsatz, bin sehr zufrieden. Sie ist sehr leicht zu bedienen und arbeitet sehr zuverlässig. Man kann sie auf seine Bedürfnisse programmieren. Bis letzte Woche hat das Aufladen mit Solar hervorragend funktioniert, von einem Tag auf den anderen hat sie nicht mehr geladen, auch nicht über USB. Ich habe sofort den Online Support von AOSU kontaktiert und bin dort mehr als zufrieden. Es war zwar Wochenende, aber es wurde sich sofort um das Problem gekümmert. Innerhalb von 3 Tagen habe ich eine neue Camera als Ersatz bekommen. Super Camera, sehr guter Kundenservice, deshalb gebe ich guten Gewissens 5 Sterne. Ich knüpfe hier an meine Rezension gleich mal an. Leider sind mir von der Kamera die beiden Nasen, die an die Halterung einrasten, abgebrochen. Daraufhin habe ich wieder den Kundendienst bemüht, habe auch, wie bei meinem ersten Problem, sofort Hilfe erhalten. Die Camera wurde innerhalb von 1 Woche ersetzt, da ein sicherer Halt so nicht mehr möglich war.
