Title: Taste is excellent
Review: Would prefer if product was harder and not so soft. As a kid I loved the old licorice buttons. These have the right taste but consistency too soft.

Title: Stink
Review: Horrible smell,… like Valerian capsules if you have ever smelled them,… overwhelming. The taste isn’t much better and is influenced by the smell. From the ingredients they shouldn’t smell this way. The licorice extract and anise seed oil should be stronger. These may have been improperly stored or something. I have had many different types of black licorice, European and otherwise but these were nasty. I am so sorry to have to leave this review. I have the soft variety coming. I pray they taste differently as these are going straight to the garbage can. Sadness.

Title: What’s more to say, these are my favorites.
Review: I have tried licorice in almost all European countries and these dutch ones are my favorites of all. They also do not contain wheat, which is very important for me due to allergies. I just wish they would be as cheap as in the Netherlands and not so ridiculously expensive.

Title: Terrible Smell which Impacted the Taste
Review: I just got back from the Netherlands where I had bunch of these bags. The bags I received from this seller are either very old or have been stored in a smelly place. the different in taste and smell are enormous.The bag is crunched and looks just as bad.
