Title: Don’t Buy. Not Reliable
Review: I bought one of these phones but it has been a HUGE Disappointment. It continually shut down and restarted for no reason. I wasn’t very familiar with the phone so I thought it was me, but didn’t return it in time and didn’t by insurance. Now in the middle of a conversation the phone quit working and totally crashed. Spend the money for a good product. This isn’t worth the savings versus the aggravation.

Title: Reliable Phones
Review: This is the 2nd phone I’ve purchased from this seller over the last 7 years and I’m very pleased. Phone arrived and was ready to work. My last Samsung also served me well for 3-4 years. I had an Apple in between that was from another seller that did not work too well and lasted under 1 yr. I have not had any issues with this seller so not sure type of response you may get. But I’m happy to say that I’ve had no reason to contact the seller or attempt a return. The product s21 works well and looks brand spanking new. I’m very pleased.

Title: Works great so far
Review: I originally brought the phone to Verizon because I thought I needed a new SIM Card (old one said 4G – didn’t really need a new one for 5G per Verizon guy)He offered to set up my phone since I was there and said that it was a Spectrum phone and it couldn’t be hooked up to Verizon.I emailed the seller and they sent me a list of questions so I figured I’d go through the process myself so I could answer properly.I swapped the SIM card and everything set up fine. I have no idea what the Verizon dude was talking about. I didn’t see the word Spectrum one time in the whole setup. Smart switch worked perfectly to xfer everything.

Title: Phone is great but unlocked issues – Breaks easily
Review: Everytime I restart my phone I have to wait about 5 minutes for this popup to close. Just checks for service and then tells me I need to contact samsung support cause I have no service.I do have service. And have had both new service and new numbers from 2 different providers. Phone is just weird.Actual phone is amazing though. Camera & Zoom is not as great as the Note 10+ but it is about the same size. Lighter and runs faster.Update: Took the case off my phone today to see the back was shattered in multiple spots. I’ve NEVER broken a phone in my whole life, only ever cracked the display once… I’m disappointed how weak this phone is.
