Title: Very nice quality
Review: I am very pleased with this screen protector. It was relatively easy to install – it did require steady hands and a few repositionings, but with the cleaning cloth and the dust remover stickers, I didn’t ruin the glass by removing it and replacing it when I realized it was crooked or there were a few air bubbles. The glass does a great job by itself pushing out air bubbles when you apply it to the screen and with a little pressure from the cleaning cloth I was able to push all the air out and have no air bubbles. Once applied, it is hard, very smooth and shiny and fingerprints wipe away easily with no residue. It fits the 2017 Galaxy J7 perfectly. It includes two glass screen covers, so if the first hadn’t worked or if I ever want to replace it I’m all set. I read a few reviews that complain that it didn’t protect the screen from shattering when dropped, but I don’t think that’s the purpose of this product – it’s to protect the screen from scratches. For that purpose, I can see this will do a perfect job. For shatter protection, you’ll want a better quality phone case. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Title: Seems like a great product but….
Review: I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 (model number SM-J727U)The shipping was very quick, the price was very nice, and the instructions for putting it on we’re great, especially the link for a video for those of us who are more visually oriented. The fit of the glass was perfect for my phone.Unfortunately, it did make the screen a little bit less responsive which was already a problem for this particular phone model. My sister ended up just taking hers off. I still have mine on but I do occasionally contemplate removing it when I have to press super hard on the screen in order to get it to respond. It does seem extremely durable, it’s nice and thick and it is very smooth to the touch and feels great.I don’t know if there’s anything that can be done to the glass that would make it more responsive to touch on the screen, especially since this particular phone model does seem to have a slight issue with that already, which is why I didn’t want to take too many stars off…..

Title: Great Customer Service
Review: When I first tried to apply the glass to my phone I had a lot of problems, I could not get it clean enough and I had a lot dirt and air bubbles under the screen, which I could not remove. I contacted Supershieldz’s customer support and they were very helpful. They sent me a replacement package at no charge and told me if I could not get it to work they would refund my money even though it was past the Amazon return date.After receiving the replacement package I was successful in attaching the protection glass to my smart phone screen. There were two items that made the difference. They are:1.Customer support suggested that I go into a bathroom, close the door and turn the shower on to steam the room up and that would help remove the dust from the air. I did this and this worked really well to clear the air of dust particles.2. I watched the install video again and picked up on one thing that I missed during my initial installation attempts. That is to press down on the center of the protective screen for a few seconds after it is has been aligned to the smart phone screen. If you do this the protection screen attaches itself to the smart phone screen and all air bubbles are removed. There were a couple of very small air bubbles on the edge of the screen that I was easily able to remove by rubbing the cleaning cloth over the protective screen.Over all I gave this product 5 stars because of the customer support I received. I have not dropped my phone so I can’t say how well it protects the phone screen, but I suspect that it works very well. I would buy this product again and I recommend it to anyone.

Title: Great product but…. Be sure to locate and watch the how to install video to avoid frustration.
Review: This came in a package of 2. The instruction sheet which directed you to a video was in the very back of the package after the literature which shows the pic of how to assemble/adhere it to your phone. I didn’t realize there were more instructions. Therefore I didn’t get it right and ruined the first shield. I was really frustrated and was going to return the package. As I was repackaging to send the shields back I saw the paper which directed me to a video. I watched it and everything went smoothly. Thankful there were 2 in the package but disappointed that one was now ruined. The shield has been on my phone now for almost a month and is working great. I recommend this product. Just be sure you watch the video before attempting to assemble. Everything gets 5 stars except for easy to install. As noted above if you know to watch the video it is easy and would receive 5 stars.

Title: Great screen protection for Consumer Cellular supplied Samsung Galaxy J7
Review: Product arrived as promised in new condition and was well protected from breakage or damage. Product comes with everything you need for installation. Recommend watching installation video on YouTube and washing your hands prior to installation. Also, don’t forget to remove the factory installed plastic screen protector from your phone (if installed) prior to installation of the screen protector. Installation was relatively straight forward. Took a couple of times lining up the edges properly and when happy, removed the adhesive backing and went for it. I followed the directions and got a perfect installation with no bubbles. Not getting any fingerprints and operation of the screen is as it was without the screen protector installed. Fitment allows installation of a protective case by leaving a few mm of space between the screen protector and phone edge. Overall, very pleased. Would buy this again and would definitely recommend it to a friend.
