A quick rundown of this product’s key features:
In Quilt Show, “quilters” collect fabric cards, which can be exchanged for block tiles. The quilters race the clock as they amass block tiles that they can combine into one or more quilts at a time. They can mix block tiles of a single color or a single pattern to make a quilt. Three times during the game, when the clock reveals it is time for a quilt show, quilts are entered and prize money is awarded. At game’s end, the quilter with the most prize money wins!

Title: Looks beautiful, so fun to play!
Review: What a fun, beautiful game, from someone who’s never done any quilting! We figured out how to play in about 10-15 minutes and it was smooth sailing from there. Amazed by how sturdy and well thought out everything is; the block tiles and cards are so fun and colorful. This game has creativity, strategy, suspense, and simplicity all rolled into one.

Title: Great new game. Great Theme!
Review: Being a quilter and a gamer I loved this game!! Had game play similar to ticket to ride, you take quilt pieces and play your pieces in order to make a quilt. I loved the theme, but others who weren’t quilters didn’t mind it. Good strategy and easy to start playing right away. Not one of those games that takes all day to read the rules. Throughly enjoyed!

Title: Fun set collecting game, similar to Ticket to Ride with a different theme
Review: This is a fun set collecting game. We bought this game for my mother. We play Ticket to Ride and Settlers of Catan, so I thought this would be a hit, and it is. The game components are nice, the tiles and cards are of high quality (to be expected from Rio Grande Games), the artwork is spot on with the theme of quilting. The color coding is also symbol coded for anyone who is color blind. This game plays similar to Ticket to Ride, where players can draw Color Cards to exchange for Quilt Tiles. After a certain number of quilt tiles are “bought”, build quilts with their quilt tiles and enter them into the Quilt Show. Quilts are scored based on size and value of the Quilt Tiles. Quilts must be certain sizes and have to match either based on color, or pattern. With a number of different colors, patterns, and quilt sizes, there is a fair amount of customization in this game. This is a fun, light game that is offered with quite a few rule variants to keep things interesting

Title: Requires a good deal of strategy and is fun to play in …
Review: Never thought I would be writing a review related to anything with the word “quilt” in it, but this game is a blast. Requires a good deal of strategy and is fun to play in a small group. We love playing games and this game can be quite entertaining. Purchase and enjoy!

Title: Lots of similarities to Ticket to Ride.
Review: I have a group of friends that loves to play the game Ticket to Ride. We have been playing Ticket to Ride for over a year now and enjoy the America, Europe, and Pennsylvania versions. I say that because this game has many similarities to it. Both games have a colored card system where you save up cards and purchase things and if you wait to long you may miss the one you want. Quilt Show does not have a map and trains but instead has you scrambling to buy fabric squares to build several quilts and then compete to see who has the best quilts in each of three shows each game. If you really want to see how it is played before you buy it, I would recommend getting on youtube and watching a sample game being played like I did, I just type in ‘Quilt Show Board Game’ and found a few reviews and sample games being played. Again, if you enjoy the game Ticket to Ride this may be one you enjoy as well. As for me and my friends, we have now added this one to our list of games to play on a game night.

Title: A Fun Game for Women and Men
Review: I love this game. After playing Carcasonne Hunters and Gathers, Space Aliens and other male style games, it is nice to have a female theme. I did convince men to play it with me. It has similar strategies as male themed games. Fun to play!

Review: This game was enjoyed by the males as well as the craft-minded ladies in the family. It was hilarious to hear from the men “my sewing room is not big enough!” The game is fun, not too complicated but enough of a challenge, and works as well whether played by 2, 3 or 4 people.

Review: Similar mechanism to Ticket to Ride – collecting different combinations of tickets in this case to enable you to buy quilt elements which you then use to create quilts for shows! This game has neat components and lovely colours, patterns etc to keep it attractive. Despite not being a sewer my husband enjoyed this and as a novice quilter and game addict – I enjoyed it a lot!

Review: We had seen the game before and enjoyed playing it, so we wanted one for us to use. It was a little pricey compared to what our friends paid for but we still went ahead with the purchase. The delivery was well outside the time but as it was Christmas we accepted that it would be delayed, just not ten days. Trying to track it was a little tricky. However love the game!
