Title: Decent drawing pencils
Review: Overall, I like these pencils. They seem to be well made and I haven’t had any trouble with breakage. I always think that quality of a pencil can be seen it by how well centered the lead of the pencil is as it tends to reduce breakage and prolong life. The leads of these pencils are spot on. I have gotten used to metal tins for my pencils and I think the addition of a metal tin to protect these pencils and make them easy to pull out would have been a better packaging choice. However I do like that they come in a tray which helps to keep them organized.

Title: Excellent set….not charcoal though
Review: This set of pencils is a great addition to an artist’s toolbox and has every shade you may need to create beautiful drawings. I got this for my daughter, who is very talented, and she loves them, but as she pointed out to me, they aren’t charcoal, but graphite. That being said, she noted that she preferred graphite because it’s less “messy” and doesn’t create dust, so score a win on that !! She loves drawing cats, and the detail she achieves with these is mind boggling to me. She also loved having them in a set, so that every shade is there if she needs it, and judging by her work with them, they’re worth every penny !!

Review: I love this set of pencils. I was looking for a set that had a couple more H pencils and ones that went past 4B. This was perfect. They sharpen nicely and lay down nice. I was happy the HB erases easily. These are great for beginners and even more advanced students. I recommend them.
