Title: Absolutely amazing but..
Review: i WFM and i have a 5m old baby. so not being glued to my desk with a wired headphone set is amazing. these headphones are fantastic, audio sound is great, the microphone quality is great. The bluetooth range isn’t the best and the battery life is also not so good. The battery actually kinda sucks. if doesn’t last a full 8 hour work day but as long as i turn it off on my breaks and lunch and plug it back up it’s great

Title: Great Hedset – Updated
Review: I have a Plantronics Voyager Pro that I bought 12 years ago, and it is still going strong with 4 hours of battery life. I lost 2 hours of battery capacity over this last year. I decided to upgrade and purchase this Voyager 5200 to work with my desk phone and Skype calls using UC. I love this headset! The sound quality is great, and the volume goes up quite loud, which is nice for those videos with low volume….. I like that I have the ability to change the programming using the phone and desktop app. Overall this was a great purchase. I get between 6 and 7 hours of audio listening. It is also nice that I can control Google Assistant and Play\Pause videos and Audio all from the headset. I do get complaints from people on the other end of a call because they can hear lots of background noise around me if I am in a noisy environment, but in an office environment it works great and cancels out constant sound like fans and such.Update 09-08-2022:I now seem to have issues with this headset. The volume buttons on the phone do not control the headset volume. It just bounces up and down, and I have to use the software slider on my phone to change volume. Pressing the software volume up and down give the same bouncing result for me. I have since reset the phone to defualt, as well as use the headset with other devices, and the results are not great. My old, now 13 years old, Plantronics Voyager headset still works great, although the battery only last 2-3 hours on it. I wish I could buy new old stock of the original PLantronics voyager. They were great! Other issues I have with the 5200 is the sound is choppy and controls do not work to pause, and bookmark correctly. Again, other headsets work fine. The more I use the 5200, the more I dislike it. The sound quality is just not comparible to other headsets.In conclusion, I would not buy this headset uless they release a patch to fix all the issues. There are far better ones out there. I do believe this is software related as the headset seems to get worse every time I update the firmware.Update: 2022-01-18 – Now the microphone has died as well.

Title: Good product overall, the software isn’t what’s promised. Charging requires a trick.
Review: I get about six hours of talk time out of a charge. I’m using it with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Pairing was straightforward. The sound quality is great, and the audio voice to announce status works well. The charging cradle has an issue where the contacts don’t connect when placing the headset into it for a charge. I would leave it for a charge, then come back later to find the battery was still dead. The fix for this is to rotate the boom mic backward so it’s vertical or past vertical towards the back part of the earpiece while in the charger. This shifts the balance point back far enough to engage the charging contacts.I’ve used the headset outdoors in bad weather, and as long as I have an umbrella or hat, there have been no issues and people I call usually hear me fine. The exceptions are that wind noise sometimes causes the audio to cut out for the person on the other end of the line, and there have also been unexplained audio dropouts, possibly from Bluetooth interference with other nearby devices. Because I’m usually walking, the dropouts are temporary and not much of an issue.The app tends to overdo status messages, which gets to be annoying. The manual claimed I could use Siri with the unit by pressing a button, but that feature doesn’t work. If I’m near enough to my phone for Siri to hear me through the phone, it works, but if I’m in another room, Siri is unreachable. If these issues aren’t a showstopper for you, it’s a great product.

Title: Best Headset I Have Ever Used
Review: I have worn this headset daily for months, and I love it. During a normal work day I switch between Cell phone (iPhone 11 Pro) and Microsoft Teams calls on my (windows 10) laptop. Turn the switch on and the headset automatically connects to both devices simultaneously. Throughout the day I stream music from my phone between calls and when a call comes through or a Teams meeting pops up the music is silenced and the the call is announced and can begin. Press the mute button on the headset during a Teams meeting and it mutes or un-mutes on the teams program not just on the headset. Walk out of range from the connected devices and it warns you. Walk back in range and it tells you it is reconnecting. When used while traveling in the car on phone calls I have asked others what they hear on the other end of the line. They report that there is not any background noise so the noise canceling seems to work well too. It just works AMAZING and is so comfortable I forget it is even there. I keep it charged nightly or plug it in to recharge during lunch break and it last an 8 hour day while streaming music or talking nearly the entire time. I liked it so much I purchased one for work and another for use at home. I have used a variety of earbuds and headsets for business over more than 15 years and these have been the best ever. The only possible negative I can think of is that they are so light and flexible that I wonder about durability. That said, I have not had a problem yet and they have served me so well that if one broke tomorrow, I would replace it immediately with another one just like it.

Review: Los compré con un poco de duda si me servirían para el trabajo ya qué tomo muchas llamadas en casa. El resultado ya sido bueno. Si tiene disminución de ruidos del ambiente pero tampoco es extrema. Mi recomendación es que si tiene mucho ruido en casa (el de los fierros viejos, la basura, perros ladrando,etc.) mejor se apoyen con un programa como Krisp.Pero regresando al aparato, la pila le dura como 6.5 hrs de uso continuo. Lo que yo hago es que cuando tengo algún descanso, lo pongo a cargar aunque sea por ratitos de 15 minutos y con eso llego a las 8 horas. El aparato no lástima en lo más mínimo. Después de unos minutos ni se siente.El estuche cómo tal también tiene pila, por lo que lo puedes poner a cargar aun sin qué el estuche esté conectado. Te lo carga unas 2 veces. Espero les sirva.

Review: Have purchased many of these over the past 10 or so years. They may not be the sexiest looking headset but they are reliable, perform well, are comfortable enough to wear all day, the battery is long lasting and it is easy to upgrade the bios. Not much more I can say.
