Sous Vide Accessory Kit – Includes a 12 quart Everie sous vide container and a collapsible hinged lid and a stainless steel sous vide rack and a heat insulation sleeve. The bundle works perfectly with Anova Nano 750w and AN500-US00 1000w and also with Instant Pot though the hole on the lid is slightly bigger than Instant Pot. It does not work with Anova Bluetooth or WiFi.
Sous Vide Container is NSF approved, care for your cooking safety with water. 12 Quart is the most bought size. Only the container in which water is filled and heated is NSF approved. None of the lid or the stainless steel rack or the neoprene sleeve is NSF approved. The stainless steel rack and the plastic lid are both food safe.
Collapsible Hinged Lid – Patented plastic lid features a hinge so you could collapse it to remove or refill water or ingredients while long time cooking. The hinge is tested to perfectly perform 100,000 uses.
Wobble-Free Sous Vide Rack – The sous vide rack’s dividers are mounted to the base with a special firm clamp to stop dividers from wobbling so as to keep food heated evenly. Includes 7 dividers – 5 are removable and 2 are built-in as holder.
