Title: Worked perfect with Windows 10.
Review: At my job, they are using laptop computers without built-in Bluetooth. I wanted to listen to music, so needed a BT dongle. Our Dell systems use some sort of gateway box that uses a single cable from the laptop, to some sort of box where two monitors plug in, as well as some USB devices.I plugged this dongle in, Windows 10 instantly found it, got the BT icon in the system tray, connected to my BT headphones, and was listening to music within 60 seconds. Some reviewers say the audio quality is poor…they must have a defective unit or are doing something wrong. On my laptop, the sound is great!For less than $7, you can’t go wrong.

Title: Great cheap solution!
Review: I recently built my first gaming PC and after assembly, realized that it did not have Bluetooth so I could not use my console controllers or my sound bar with it. Enter this little gem of a solution. The price is great, it gives good full Bluetooth signal and connects fast and easily to all my peripherals and devices. I’ve had this device for a few months and have had zero performance issues and I love the simple plug n play design. It has a low energy footprint and takes up a USB slot in the back where it is out of sight. Definitely a good purchase and I do not regret it. I hope this review helps you with your purchasing decision!

Title: INSTALLED DRIVER DOESN’T UNINSTALL!
Review: I ordered this product expecting to simply connect some headphones to my computer, what I got instead was a GIGANTIC HEADACHE! Part of my problem was my fault, I accidentally installed the driver on the CD but in trying to uninstall said driver I kept getting the window in the picture I provided. It wants me to locate a file that it didn’t install with the CD, I’ve searched for hours how to get rid of the problem (application called: CSR Harmony Wireless Software Stack) and have made to progress in removing it. No doubt the CD should come with an easy to access uninstall that just removes the thing in its entirety. I’ve tried using application specialized for removing other applications and going into program and features and still no dice. this has got me very mad and frustrated so to anyone reading this who is thinking or have bought this product already, IF YOU HAVE WINDOWS 8 OR ABOVE DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT INSTALL THE DRIVER ON THE CD. DO NOT EVEN TAKE THE CD OUT OF ITS PACKAGING IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME YOU USE THIS PRODUCT and of course if I hadn’t installed the driver this review wouldn’t exist I’m sure the product works great but this is not okay for one thing to make the product unusable. Post driver installation the audio is just gross and bad quality, I actually did get to try it before installing the driver so idiotically, IT SOUNDED GREAT, I wish I could go back in time to undo the great error I’ve made. So, in conclusion, I’ve rated this on my personal experience with the product which was a very poor one, to be honest, so please learn from my mistake and don’t install that damned driver if you have windows 8 or above this will be my last warning.

Review: The most important thing to note here is that this version is Low Energy Bluetooth.What is Low Energy? Well it’s a Bluetooth receiver designed specifically to receive signals from Low Energy Devices. Many devices (cell phones, heart rate monitors, proximity sensors, fitness devices, etc.) have strict guidelines with power consumption and therefore use BLE.Both regular (Classic) Bluetooth and Bluetooth Low Energy can scan for other Bluetooth devices, query the local Bluetooth adapter for paired Bluetooth devices, establish RFCOMM channels, connect to other devices through service discovery, transfer data to and from other devices, and manage multiple connections.Classic Bluetooth is the right choice for more battery-intensive operations, which include streaming and communicating between Android devices. For Bluetooth devices with low power requirements, those using Android 4.3 with application programming interface of 18 (API 18) supports Bluetooth Low Energy. But all the technical mumbo jumbo aside, make sure you select the correct type of Bluetooth Receiver for your requirement.If you want to move mass amounts of data (like streaming video), regular Bluetooth is better.If you have low energy devices that use API 18, you’ll need a Low Energy Bluetooth receiver like this one.Functionally, there’s not much to these. The Bluetooth version is 4.0 (they’re up to 5.0 now) which is more than sufficient for most peoples needs (the latest version has improved processing and greater distance range). Title: 2 computers, one worked
Review: I bought 2 of these, but could only get it to work on one computer. One of them was flawless, but I have a laptop that reads the device and detects a bluetooth device but fails to connect to anything. It plugged right in and worked on my home desktop machine. Support wasnt very helpful, I know the device works, tried both on both computers and they just wont work on the laptop, which i’m sure is a problem with windows that i’ve tried everything possible to get it to work, and it was a fresh install of windows 10. Support only had a few low level suggestions, which didnt work and they immediately offered a refund, which for the money isnt a big deal, I really wanted to get bluetooth on my laptop.So when it works, its great. If you cant get it to work, theres not much that can be done support wise to make it work. The drivers are all native to windows 10 and as far as I know it wont work with windows 7.

Review: Very easy to install and connect with bluetooth devices.I have plugged this into my work PC computer box in order to use my Mac keyboard and mouse that only connects through bluetooth.Everything works great!Note: if you are used to the Mac keyboard, note that if synchronized with a PC, you need to think about the keys. Command doesn’t work .
