Title: Saw no difference
Review: This eye cream got great reviews so I thought I would try it. First of all it does not roll around on the eye. A small amount of the product comes out on the roller ball but I actually have to use another roller to apply it. I have seen no difference in moisture level or puffiness from using it. I will not purchase again
