Title: Great Little CB Radio
Review: I have long used Cobra brand CB radios (15 + years, after switching from Midland). I was looking for a small radio for in my vehicle. This is one of smallest CB radios I have seen — possible smaller than my Uniden hand-held. It may be small, but it delivers big. It is replacing an old Cobra WX75, and blows the doors off of the old one. I use a full size Cobra 29 Classic in my RV, and this seems to match it. One feature I am not sure on is the squelch control. To change the setting you have to go through the control button and then set it — not the easiest to do while driving. However, it does have auto-squelch which works well for me so far.

Title: Antenna connection broke on first installation
Review: I received the radio promptly. Well packaged and complete. I installed a cigar lighter plug to the power cord as I hoped to be able to move the unit between vehicles as needed. I connected the antenna, tested the radio out it seemed perfect. Good reception, squelch control and transmitting range. Took the truck on a long trip the next day and the radio would nether transmit or receive. While trouble shooting I removed the antenna connection and the connector on the chassis came right out. Don’t think it was secured to the radio properly. Needed to use tools to remove the radio side of the antenna connector from my antenna.Not a good start. Maybe should have spent more on a well built unit.
