Title: Great stability for heavy rig
Review: Exceptional. I purchased the Wimberly monopod head (also exceptional) which side mounts my 800 lens to give it greater balance. Problem was it made my old monopod too short and started bowing it. I bought this monopod because of its and strength. My rig has never been more stable.

Title: Product is great but the shipping was a major disappointment
Review: First the monopod is very well made and we are pleased with the purchase. It extends to a comfortable height for my 6’1″ husband. The disappointment was with the shipping. I placed the order on 12/26 and paid extra for 2 day shipping so the item would arrive before I left my vacation location. With two day shipping the product was supposed to arrive by 12/31 which seemed like a long 2 days but I figured it was a holiday issue. However, the product did not arrive on 12/31. It finally arrived on1/5 and I was long gone and on my return journey home. So I had to pay additional shipping to have a family member ship the product again to my home. In retrospect I should have just had my family return the product for a refund.

Review: Outstanding Monopod. Has exceeded my expectations. I have used it with a Canon 300mm f2.8 and a 200-400mm f4 with 1.4x extender and it was solid as a rock.
