Title: A quick & convenient meal
Review: I keep a good supply of these Spicy Thai Chili Tuna pouches in the pantry. They’re great for travel – especially camping trips, and for an easy & healthy lunch. I use them at home for sandwiches, wraps, and on crackers for a quick protein power boost. A few years ago, these were VERY spicy, but at some point they toned it down so now I would consider them mild on the spiciness scale.I’ve tried some of the other flavor offerings this brand offers, and didn’t like them, so even if you’ve had those others, give this variety a try.I also consider these part of my emergency food supply, in case of power outages or natural disaster. They have a long shelf life, and never lose flavor, in my experience.

Title: Great snack idea for backpack or at work!
Review: I do watch macros, and try to eat a variety of lean protein. This is my go-to snack and I keep these on repeat in my desk drawer at work. People joke that I have tuna in my desk and in my purse, but when they occasionally try it, they comment on the calories to protein ratio and that the taste is amazing for tuna. It also takes the edge off my hunger and keeps me from making the mistake of arriving home famished and then over eating the wrong foods. I take them with me in my purse and as a snack on trips. Kids carry in backpack to school. Pack a plastic fork and you’re in business! I also like the other flavors. Good brand.

Title: Nothing to write home about.
Review: I was a bit disappointed by the Smoke and Thai packs I bought. The smoke has very little smoke flavor – just a hint IMO and the Thai is a little spicy, but the flavoring doesn’t impress me. What I think is that if you like canned tuna, you will be ok with these, but if you’re like me and tuna in a can is basically survival food, you will be disappointed.
