Review: I have tried 14 different headphones since COVID and working from home, those Jabra Evolve 65 flex are simply the best if you are looking for light weight, long battery life, clear sound plus noise cancellation. And super compact for travel.

Title: Frequent cutting out of audio for no apparent reason. Not recommended.
Review: This headset is very comfortable but the performance is poor. I used it for work for more than 6 months. I frequently had calls where the other party asked me to repeat myself [often multiple times in one call] because the audio cut out. I use the headset at the desk where my computer is. There is no explanation for why the audio cuts out at random times. The performance is disappointing particularly given how expensive this headset was. I do not recommend.

Title: Frequently drops connectivity
Review: If it worked 100% of the time it would be a great headset but it drops connection in the middle of teams calls. Normally I can still hear them but they can’t hear me. I switched back to my older Jabra headset and I stopped having the issue, tried switching back later and the issue returned.Thought it might be an issue with Bluetooth on my laptop, but a coworker also has this headset and is having the same issues and also had to switch off of it.

Title: Excellant for office use but leaves a bit to be desired
Review: Great comfort, microphone works well. Setup is a little quirky with the Jabra app and the sound setup for each ear. ANC is good but no Bose or AirPod good.The mic is better than those offerings though so it’s a trade off.

Title: For work and zoom, teams, meet meetings these are the best!
Review: Please understand this headset is not for audiophiles. This headset is for work and personal use. I have bought several high end headsets for work and finally found one that works for me which is this one. If you are looking for a headset that will be confortable to wear for 8 hours then these are for you! I have used these for 6 months now and can attest that they are worth every penny spent! I don’t want to make a long post so I will go throug the pros and cons:Pros:-Comfort level: I would say 9 out of 10-Sound quality: for calls/voice 10, for music and videos: 9-Mic noise cancelling: 10. I ran a blender right next to me and asked my spouse if they can hear the blender and they said what blender? The noisce cancelling mic is amazing!-ANC I wold give these 8 out of 10 as the ANC works does work for ambient noises. For really loud noise environments I am not sure these are for you. However you need to take eveything into consideration as these are adequete for me for ANC.Software-hardware controls: You can control may functions of the heaset directly from the headset or use of the Jabra Direct software.Final analysis: Although these may be priced higher than other headsets, if you are looking for something for just music and videos these may not be for you. However if you are looking to use these for work and zoom/teams/meet meetings then these are superior to anything I have ever used.PS: Jabra support is amazing I will not go into detail but I have interacted with Jabra support and they really support their product.
